  If I have 2 CCR Exchange in the same cluster nodes in the same Cluster, ESX, I don't think that the rules of cluster MSCS apply because they do not have a subsystem of disks shared such as MSCS.   I downloaded the new installer Exchage 2013 CU1 which should allow Installation of 2013 Exchange in an existing Exchange 2010 organization. But already Setup/PS the prerequisite check fails. He know that both my havn't 2010 SP3 Exchange Edge Transport server installed. But that's not true: SP3 is installed on both servers. How to Setup research version and why it might find old entries? And more importantly: How can I make sure that the Organization's Information contains the build good level of Edge Transport servers? I hope that exchanging 2013 in the end is not as Buggy and frustrating as this never ending "can not install because ' Business.

  Due to some conflicts of locking, to add several servers (such as an urgent solution) cause, we can solve the problem if not soon.

  Perhaps these questions already been asked and answered - is there a way to know how many knots (or list of names of the nodes) in a RAC cluster? I found the command SRVCTL who can tell which instance of a RAC database is running on node/server but I just want to know the names including the RAC cluster.

  Yes. You can create different consistency nodes in the same cluster with cache files - config.xml defferent as long as you use the same file tangosol - coherence.xml and the same file tangosol-coherence - override.xml. But you can't store the data in the cache in the various nodes (created with different cache-config file). In other words, a node only to create their own Hide modes that are launched with the same cache file - config.Xml.

  But when I try to store data cached from the client side, it reports the error message: it is staorage-disabled people. It shows that this console cache cannot store data in the server cache existing since then using different cache config files.

• POS 6.0 DAG 2013 Exchange fails continuously

  Thanks for reading. To say I'm a little nervous that here would be an understatement. I worked on getting this thing deployed since Saturday. Whenever there is consistent failure. I have taken from the configuration and started from scratch, he continually fails.

  The last error I have is below.

  The ports are open on the MS Server 2008 R2 servers. I have zero problem with this. There is nothing between the two servers that can stop them except the ESXi host. It is on the same subnet too so it's not like there issues play with it. One thing I notice, for any reason, the Cluster DAG that is created seems to be losing the IP address that has been provided, I do not understand how it is possible. When I go back to check the configuration, it shows the address IP is 0.0.0.0. but when I go through some of the files I see 10.10.20.0. I'd be 10.10.20.159. Now, the really good part is that if I restart the POS device, it stop trying to save completely. It's like he forgets the whole thing never existed. This is beyond frustrating...

  If it has never worked before, I would start by confirming the exchange of VDP requirements and Setup with the VDP Administrator's guide.

  -I run the user setup utility backup Exchange and confirm the permissions are correct and the services run under the appropriate user. -page 168

  Other things to look at that are not clearly documented in the VDP Administrator's guide

  -I believe that POS 6.0 requires Exchange 2013 CU3 or newer

  -Try backup 1 node in the DAG.  You don't have to back up a DAG by using the backup DAG Federated configuration.  If you select 1 server to the DAG, as if it were a single server, it will still work and be easier to troubleshoot.

  Good luck.  Alternatively, you can try to open a ticket with the help of VMWare.

• Failover of DAG 2013 Exchange in Outlook problem

  Hi guys,.

  I'm trying to configure DAG for the first time on Exchange 2013.  Here's what I did:
  -Installed Exchange 2013 std on two virtual machines

  -Set up a witness server

  -Created the DAG (server name, directory witness and he has assigned an IP address)

  -J' have set up my databases and added the copy of database

  -Checked DAG health Active confirmed and index as healthy state

  -Verification of databases is mounted

  Here's the problem I have...

  When I powerdown one of the exchange servers, after that the exchange server starts to close Outlook (2013), poster "folder updated XX: XX."  trying to connect.
  When I check the connection status in Outlook on the workstations, it shows the status of 'Connection' and after a few minutes (between 5 and 10), it finally connects and everything works fine.

  I tried researching this issue and that you have used the following command in the hope, would solve the problem, but it does not

  My questions are:
  1. I guess that's not just that it takes more than 5 minutes for Outlook to connect when the failover of DAG?  What additional steps need to be checked to prevent this (as I thought that take seconds to scan more)

  2. If a witness server goes down / fail, does that mean that all Email clients will stop working (IE send/receive)

  If this is the case, is it possible to configure a failover of witness? or is it something that should be created in case of failure?

• 2013 Exchange / Outlook / Iphone problems

  Greetings.  I don't know where is the best place to post this, so I started here.

  I have a situation with a migration Exchange that some clients are unable to connect to it, and I can't find any reason for the failure.

  Details:

  Initially a Server 2008 / Exchange 2007 deployment, migrated to Server R2 2012 / 2013 of the Exchange.

  In and out basic mail flow works, as tested (SMTP) outside and internally with OWA.

  I started the test with the Ipad client, using the Protocol of Exchange and initially had some problems settings or permissions that I was

  able to solve so I could connect with my test device (first gen, IOS rev 5.1.1) and with another test device (2nd gen, IOS rev 7.x)

  as with exchange protocol with a Samsung Galaxy.  At this point, some of the features work, and others don't - even with

  all the parameters identical but for the user account.  I tried the trick with enabling journaling of the mobile device, but there is no connection

  connected to bad devices it appears, and some show not all the mobile device.  Some customers "just worked" after my changes, and

  others have worked after changing the domain in the configuration, and others have no joy at all.

  Next test passed to Outlook 2007 running on Windows XP.  Again, I had a few initial problems that seem to be linked to the

  SSL certificate, once I set up the CA for the domain and signed a cert for the exchange of use, these issues seem to clear up

  on _my_ customer.  Another user with the same configuration (XP + Outlook 2007) does not work.  If he clears his profile when he starts Outlook

  I have a problem with Outlook 2013 in our Citrix environment. If I use the instant search in outlook, I get only 250 items. First time that I get on the bottom "more...". ", but after clicking on the 'more', I still just 250 elements (there are more items to find in this folder).

  I changed the Option "To improve the search speed by limiting the number of results displayed" to take off the mark but it's the same (find only 250 items)

  Do you have any idea how I can disable this limit?

  I had this problem since the installation of the last update of El Capitan (10.11.2). I also use NHSmail. I installed the update 20 December 2015, then my Microsoft Exchange email that I ran across the apple mail client (also 9.2) has stopped working. A deletion of the account and attempt to set up gives me the same error window that you have lived. NHSmail helpdesk say it's not a problem on their end and have confirmed there are multiple apple mac users complain of the same show. I called the support of apple on the subject, but the operator was not able to offer much help, I asked that it is forwarded to a technical team of things like dealing with. I can't find anything else out there on this. It seems that the patch they come out for all other users who have problems with Outlook led inadvertently to us be trampled!
