  Sorry, I know very similar questions have been asked, but I can't seem to find an answer that solved my problem.

  I try to activate the CS6 as a trial version.  When I open the program first of all, I think he asked if I had a product code, or if I sign up for a trial.  Then he took me to a window that says "Sign in required.  The only option on this screen is "sign in the immediate future."  When I press 'sign in now', I get an error message indicating "Please connect to internet and try again.  The only options available here are (obviously makes me no farther) Cancel, retry (which did the same thing again), or a suggestion that I go to the page "getactivated" to activate my software offline.

  When I followed the activation offline option I takes me to a Web page that offers to generate a response code: I need to request code and number series to use it, however (or I) and even if I did I fail somewhere in the software that allows me to enter a response code.

  I followed the advice on the FAQ pages - my PC has internet working, I can access secure sites, my hosts file seems empty (not completely empty - information, but not of list, so I'm a little baffled by who) and my GlobalSign root certificate is enabled.  And I have no idea what to try next.

  Help, please.  I expected to love this software enough to replace my ancient version of Photoshop 6.0, but if I can't get in, then I don't want!

  My husband bought a copy of CS6 for me on Ebay.  It seemed to be legitimate.  I installed it and it seems to work fine, however when installing it never triggered a demand for a serial number, the activation code or anything like that.  Is that how the CS6?  I already have a version of CS3 on my computer when installing it.  We are just concerned that this could be a trial version or a little partial version.  Any ideas or experience with this?

Not sure why there is a difference between the discs and the download on this issue, but I'm happy to live with this mystery in exchange of software work.

  Hi, can someone help me out here. I have an iMac 27 "older which I think is about to die on me. I have my share of the CS6 serial number version on my Macbook for mobile working. I need to know, that saw my version of CS6 can be operational on both registered computers at the same time, how do I go load on a new iMac and cancellation on my old. What do I need to uninstall on my former first before loading on a new Mac or can I wait until my old iMac died on me and then do it.   Migration of Mac with Time Machine DO NOT WORK with the Adobe program activations due to hidden recording files, so if you copied everything just your files to back up, then again on your primary hard drive, the programs will not work

  As far as I know, the only way to solve this problem is to uninstall, run cleaner use the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems and install using the installation files, not a backup of previously installed files

  Thank you all. I contacted the powers to be and filed a complaint. I hope that I would receive a refund in the future. My advice, do not buy a serial number 'Official' or 'Authentic' product to anyone no matter how trustworthy they may appear.

  Never buy a product that has a damaged shrink wrap. You may end up to activate - as I did - and I think it's yours for keeps. The software may have already possessed.  My guess is that when this Joker away, he has the power to deactivate the software on many computers who paid him money over $1,000.  Still, it has the software and can re-emerge under a different for sale all over again name.
