  It's exactly because BB OS packages are installed on the PC/Windows, they would be removed from the PC/Windows in the usual manner.   It is a normal behavior if you do not have the option on the SX80 Multisite key.  You are allowed to a single video call and a second call audio only.  You must have the Multisite option key, or use an external MCU or telepresence server to fill the participants together.

  Take a look at the '[1.1] IncomingMultisiteCall conference Mode' setting in the SX80 Administrator's Guide on pg 76.  Note, this will prevent any incoming call if the codec is already in the middle of a call, so no one will be able to connect until the current call is interrupted.
