  I'm struggling with a NULL pointer Exception when configuring request for QUOTE-JDEV negotiations. I m listing all the steps that I follow below. Please have a look in this area and gimme you suggestion to solve.
  
  1. I have coppied oracle.apps.ak, oracle.apps.pon and oracle.apps.fnd.server of the JAVA_TOP in the folder of my projects and my JDEV myClasses.
  
  2. Subsequently, I exported my ponDefineHdrPG of the page. XML using the below command

  I did not something outside the given procedure. I can tell everything is fresh on my JDEV as in $JAVA_TOP. But I'm, I was wondering why this page points to NULL Pointer Exception to NegotiationCreationAMImpl on JDEV however its fine on the side of the demand for labour. Its very strange. At the same time I also put my profile option "Sign-On: Notification ' on 'no '. I removed '-' DBC files too. But nothing could serve my purpose. Can you please help to solve this problem?

  I'm assigned to a task where I need to change the query LOV to the field of legal entity on the request of QUOTE-negotiations page.

  There is no need to run the page locally. As there could be other files also that your page to be referred by any other top.

  What you need to do, is extend the controller or the VO and validate query LOV.

  It seems that when we Autocreate a Req a request submission, there is no reference to the Req # on the QUOTE request.
  
  We have created a de FACTO forces to the Req Distribution where the user enters the Req # but Autocreate does not in this de FACTO forces at the request of QUOTE.
  
  I was wondering if there are better alternatives or if Autocreate should bring the FDF.

  What I have:

  1 Dell R160 - ESX 3.5 Server

  2. two hard disks 300 GB SAS - RAID 0 (I need not redundancy)

  3. 2 300 GB drives form 1 Virtual Disk capacity VD0 about 580 GB

  Requirement:

  Now, I bought a new SAS 300 GB HD which I want to add to the already existing ESX configuration. I want this 300 GB for the 2nd (MON) datastore again so that I can create a few more VMs on this data store. I don't want to re - install ESX installation complete (if possible)

  What I tried:

  1. a way that I can create a new ramdisk on this 3rd 300 GB SAS HD so that I can add it to the ESX via VM Infrastructure Client data store. -Does not work: (.) Also simple plug-and-play of the drive does not work as the ESX is not able to scan the HD if I simply just add it on the drive and run ESX

  I am a newbie so please let me know if you guys need more info to solve my prob.

• Need help of the correct SAS 2.5 upgrade option "HDD for PowerEdge T620

  I want to add the disk to an existing Dell PowerEdge T620 (service tag GTPKDV1) storage. The vehicle currently has 7 300 GB SAS 2.5 "hot, two virtual drives (300 GB RAID1) and RAID5 1116 GB replaceable drives. There are 16 bays.

  Browsing the Dell store for server upgrade parts I am surprised not to see that two form factors for of 2.5 "10K rpm SAS drives. only 300 or 900 GB. Nothing to do with higher speeds or more capacity! And I'm not even sure, one of the search results is really 2.5 "because the Web site product description does not indicate the size at all.

  There are several results that seem to be variations on the 300 GB 10 K 2.5 "disk SAS6. They are all the same product? Why the different reference numbers?

  The H710p wouldn't even try to use the 300 to rebuild the 1.8 TB drive failure, as the reader will not be perceived as a Hot Spare for this virtual disk. A 300 GB global Hot Spare would be able to rebuild any 300 GB or more small disc. If the Global Hot Spare is a 1.8 to it should rebuild one of these virtual drives.

• Added four SAS drives to NX3100 - RAID Question

  We have a total of 14 disks.

  • Two 300 GB SAS internal for starting/host operating system
  • Eight 1 TB SATA for the storage of data and snapshot
  • The four 600GO SAS drives

  I have trouble to add a new virtual disk using its new four disks using OpenManage.  It seems to confine myself to the use of three of them.  Am I missing something?

• Upgrade a R710 with SAS 6/ir with a PERC

  I have a situation to come and advice/suggestions would be appreciated...

  I have a R710 with 6 x 3.5 inches disks chassis and populated with 6 disks (2 x 136GB and 4 x 300 GB) SAS
  The server was poorly specified before buying and bought with a SAS6/ir controller

  The server is an Exchange area.
  Operating system is on C:, which is a RAID-1 using the 2 x 136 GB SAS drives
  Data on D: which is a RAID 1 using 2 of the 300 GB drives
  The other 2 players are sitting doing nothing as the SAS 6/ir can support 2 virtual disks and only RAID 0 or RAID-1

  The problem is the volume of data is closer to capacity and I really need to use the replacement disks.
  After reviewing several options, it seems to me that the only viable solution is to get a PERC H700 and import foreign VDs but I read that import a SAS 6/ir VD containing a Windows operating system in a PERC H700 is not possible/supported.
  I believe important to the volume of data would be ok and then I could use RAID level migration and online capacity expansion to add replacement discs and convert RAID-1, RAID-5, air-conditioned and with minimal downtime.

  If importing an OS disk is a non-runner, is a server to rebuild the only option or miss me something?
  For example, can I run a SAS 6/ir beside a H700 leaving the BONES on the SAS 6/ir and leaving the H700 handle data?  If so, how it works in what concerns the installation of the additional card in elevators and wiring to the speakers?

  As I said, any help would be appreciated.

  This is because they use different drivers and the drivers loaded in Windows for the 6/iR do not talk to the H700.

  What you might try is to boot to Windows on the SAS6/iR, with the H700 inserted (but not connected to anything), let Windows detect the device to load the drivers for it, then try to readers the PERC.
