HP Pavilion p2-1145 Office running very slow - time to replace drive
I bought last November, is unfortunately just out of warranty. Last night it froze in reading just email - he says that Windows has stopped responding. He lets me not restart in Mode safe he was however extremely slow. I restarted again and press the ESC key and ran a diagnostic test that indicated that he failed the S.M.A.R.T. TEST with an error code of 303. It means the hard drive is certainly the culprit? If so I guess restore the drive to factory settings would be sterile, right? If the replacement hard drive is imminent exactly how best to on Windows 7 loading on the new drive since I did not have a physical drive that I buy?
Thank you much for the help in advance.Oh that's a horse of a different color then.
There is no W7 32-bit atheros driver of HP.
You will need to get it from this link...
http://www.Atheros.cz/Atheros-network-drivers.php
In the grid, select the W7 32-bit driver for AR8152 ethernet controller.
Then select the INF of 32 bits to the top of the page next you receive and download that.

IE10 and Chrome loads uber fast, but FF takes forever... even turned off everything and it loads slow.
SUCCESS! I thought about it... At least in terms of performance to match IE & Chrome is the startup time of launch.
In Options > Advanced Options > disabled the option: "use hardware acceleration when available.
Weird it would affect it because I have a fast machine AND a GeForce GTX 760 video card with the current drivers.

My MacBook Pro is running extremely slow all of a sudden. Help, please!
My MacBook Pro is in running extremely slow all of a sudden, that way for several days now and I can't understand what is the cause.
Details: MacBook Pro (13-inch, late 2011)
Processor - 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory - 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR 3
Storage - 500 GB SATA (264.44 498.88 free GB) drive
OSX - El Capitan 10.11.5 version
I tried the simple things such as checking for indexing spotlight, my home screen of the size of the compensation, first aid running in disk utility, etc.. But had no results. Any suggestions would be very appreciated!
Back up all data immediately, as the internal drive may be failing.
When you see a beachball cursor or the slowness is particularly bad, note the exact time: hour, minute, second.
These must be run as administrator. If you have only one user account, you are the administrator.
Run the Console application in one of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first letters of his name in a Spotlight search. Select from the results (it should be at the top).
☞ In the Finder, select go utilities ▹ of menu bar or press the combination of keys shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
The title of the Console window should be all Messages. If it isn't, select
SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ all Messages
in the list of logs on the left. If you don't see this list, select
List of newspapers seen ▹ display
in the menu at the top of the screen bar.
Each message in the journal begins with the date and time when it was entered. Highlight date back to the time you noted above.
Select the messages entered since then until the end of the episode, or until they begin to repeat, whichever comes first.
Copy messages to the Clipboard by pressing Control-C key combination. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command + V.
The journal contains a large amount of information, almost all this is useless to solve any particular problem. When you post a journal excerpt, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.
Please don't dump blindly thousands of lines in the journal in this discussion.
Please do not post screenshots of log messages - text poster.
Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.
When you post the journal excerpt, an error message may appear on the web page: "you include content in your post that is not allowed", or "the message contains invalid characters." It's a bug in the forum software. Thanks for posting the text on Pastebin, then post here a link to the page you created.
If you have an account on Pastebin, please do not select private in exposure menu to paste on the page, because no one else that you will be able to see it.

Check with Dell to see if there is a disc of diagnosis of material that you can download or order for your computer to test and see why it is not booting. Also check the LEDs on the front that can display a code error, or for a series of beeps which may indicate an error code.
