MI compurer runs really slow but my antivirus know that I have no virus what could be?

my computer is in courses run extremelly slow I ran my antivirus couple moments but did not find anything either, but it keeps telling me that I use high CPU, even when I just open internet explore.  can you guys help me please?

Internet Explorer

 

To improve performance for IE, you can reset internet Explorer to the factory settings. This will disable memory addons chewing and bar tools, etc. that you've installed over time.

In Internet Explorer click on Tools in the bar and then Internet Optionscommand. Go to the Advanced tab, and then click the Reset button.
 
 
Or disable/remove specific ones, in Internet Explorer click on Tools for button on the command bar - Manage the Addons - enable or disable Addons - select the addin - Remove or disable the button.
 
 
Other memory hogs
 
 
You probably many useless auto startup programs. You can disable these programs.
 
 
Click Start - all programs - Accessories - run and type
  
msconfig
 
Then go to the Startup tab uncheck the things you don't need.
 
Use the command line column to find info on the file, if it does not use display menu - Select the columnsdisplay. Use the name of the folder that contains the file and right click - Properties - Details tab to see what it is.
 

Explorer

As a rule generally you want to your swap file slightly larger than the amount of memory that you have. It develops automatically but spread automatically. To see the new size and compare it to the old size

Then to delete some temporary files.
 
 
del c:\*.integ.raw/s
 

Delete the files updated by the Service Pack

See how much space taking up type which is below and note the total size (because it scrolls away). Also, note that the total is higher than it actually is. This will remove the ability to uninstall service packs.

Start - All Programs - Accessories - right on command prompt and choose run as administrator. Type (or copy and paste by clicking in the command prompt window and choose Paste).

c:\Windows\WinSxS dir /a /s

Then type

Vsp1cln.exe

COMPCLN.exe

To see the new size and compare it to the old size

c:\windows\WinSxS dir /a /s

Move your Documents

If you have another disk, you can move the documents folder to it.

Click with the right button on your Documents (or pictures, etc.) Office, videos, Contacts,) the tab file - Properties - location - move.

Remove saved files created by Photo Gallery

Photo Gallery Windows makes a copy of any file that you are editing. Click Start - All Programs - Accessories - (or press the Windows key + R). Type
