  View > Show name as: "first of all, the last

  To sort by last name:
  View > Show name as: ' last, first

  View > sort by > name and order growing

  In your case, affect the 'Show name for what is' first of all, the last

  I already tried to delete information about the person identified as "my card". Because the phone think it is 'my card' delete the contact and/or modify the information. does not work.

  Create a new contact with your correct information, who like 'My card' to:

  Settings > Mail, Contacts, calendars > Contacts > my info

  I don't think that this is possible, why do you need to change the name of the model? There could be another way to run the feature you're looking for.

  This could be caused if there is no synchronization between the Xbox LIVE account information which are obtained on the LIVE and the information stored locally on your console. Try to remove the profile (delete profile only) and download the album LIVE profile. Here's how:

  Before to delete your profile, that you know the user name and password for your Microsoft account that is associated with your profile.

  1. Go to settings, then System.
  2. Select storage.
  3. Select all the devices.
  4. Select Gamer profiles.

  7. Select delete profile only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.

  Add in the order you want them.  There is no way I know to sort the list of recipients, once the beneficiaries have been added and no particular reason of to do.  There is no guarantee that your e-mail program will maintain order when sending the message, either.  It may be likely, but not definitive.   Open the Contacts App. Pull the upper bezel downwards to reveal the 3 menu options, select those settings. A short descent the screen is "Sort Contacts by"... change it to what you want.

  Change the display options for contacts

  You can change the appearance of your contacts in all applications, including the phone, list of messages, contacts, and calendar.
  1. in the terminal options, click language.
  2. change the name field.
  3. press the Menu key.
  4. click on save.

  My people list to Outlook in a browser lists regularly my contacts last name, then first name such as: "Jones, Bob".

  My people on my pro Surface application does not seem to me to show the contacts in this way. Settings > options will allow me to order the list of contacts by last name, but I can't seem to find a way to also show the surname first as my site outlook.com.

  What makes it so difficult find names on long lists.

  Sorry, you can't make you show first.  You can order by as the name that you have found, but it will not appear first.  Don't forget to send your comments from the application (open the settings pane to do) to request this feature to add.

  In the meantime, you can always use your apps from more familiar contacts list, that you have used before you have Windows 8.  Maybe it's Outlook or something else, but what you used before will still work now.
