4501 envy: Envy 4501 does not finish printing

I recently bought the 4501 envy. I've set up and it worked very well. Today I print a document and it wouldn't be time finished, printing do not eject paper, nothing, just said it was printing, I let it go for about 15 min. I ran the "HP Print and Scan Doctor" fixed the problem over print and eject the paper. I tried printing again same thing happened. Could someone help me please? Thank you!

Thank you for answering my questions, I appreciate it!

If it does the same thing during the copy, the problem could be permanently with the hardware of the printer itself.

I recommend the following:

Hard reset, see this post, How to perform a hard reset, by @Rich1. It is important that the printer power cable is plugged directly into the wall and not a surge protector. Questions when it is connected to an uninterruptible power supply/Strip/surge protector power. This is true for printers and ink jet.

Also take a look through this paper, a Message appears "Out of paper" on the control panel and do not Pick Up paper printer, as it has not on the rolls of cleaning. "

    I understand that you are unable to print in color on your HP Envy 4504 printer. I will definitely do my best to help you.

    You are able to print a test highlighted report? The printer prints a blank Page or does not black print or ink color for the HP ENVY 4500 and Deskjet Ink Advantage 3540 e-all-in-One Printer Series.

    The problem only occurs when printing from Mac? It seems that there is a problem with the printer driver. Please see these instructions by my colleague Anti-double-U-di.

    Publish:

    10.10 yosemite, foot, make sure you have the latest updates, including Apple updates as well as updates from HP by Apple Software Update (ASU), currently HP printer software update Ver3.0

    Look for the updates (ASU) Apple
    1. click on the Apple in the left menu bar

Whenever I went to the printer, I uninstalled all drivers and and the computer and rebooted system maintenance utilities. I installed the drivers from the HP website, from the disc initially supplied with the printer and our network, still no change print server. Am still able to print but not to run diagnostics or alignments. I've scoured the forums HP and all the "recommended" patches have never someone who in fact confirms the
    'Fix' worked. Can someone help with this problem? It has been about 4 days that I'm looking into this and frankly it's kinda ridicolous saw that it's a plug-and-play printer. Thanks in advance for any advice you may have!

    Well, the network adapter has failed. I managed to install the software, but he gave a generic IP address of the printer and gave me the same mistake of not being able to communicate with the printer.     Ink cartridge information after doing all the recommendations of HP:
