Hello:
As you probably understand now, the HP business support pages were crushed and practically no drivers are listed.
I can get only the first two for the moment...
ACPI\HPQ6007:
File name: sp67280.exe
ACPI\HPQ6001:
http://FTP.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp63501-64000/sp6356 4.exe
When the support pages back upward, you driver JMicron card reader for two PCI\VEN_197B devices.
I doubt there will be drivers W10, but the last one for any operating system that they should work just fine.

4540 proBook s: unknown devices on windows 4540 s probook 10
One of these unidentified devices is probably the multimedia card reader.
You can identify devices by using Device Manager and right-click on one of them and selecting Properties. See the example below image.
Once you have the PCI\VEN string you can use it in a google search to see what it is. You can use Windows 8.1 drivers in Windows 10 by their installation in compatibility mode.

Hello:
You need the driver for the hardware ID of PCI VEN_8086 & DEV_9C3A:
Have you installed the driver for bluetooth model corresponding to the model of wireless card that your laptop is?
If this isn't the case, you need to.
If so, it would be impossible for me to determine which device must be the driver.

HP Probook s + peripheral 4540 battery drains unknown
Hi all
I just purchashed a new probook 4540 s core i5 with win7 x 64 system.
Firstely, when the battery fully charged and then turned off the laptop for a few hours or the next day it becomes 99% or 98% although its plugged in current alternative. Stop again for 1 hour and turn it on running at 97%. Is this ok or there is problem battery especially, it shows that (sector, no litters) so portable must operate to the AC adapter and battery remain 100%.
Secondly, I can't find an unknown device not as in the figure below.

HP ProBook 455 G2
What can I do?
Hello:
You will probably need to manually install the driver.
I know that is the one you need, because if you look at the contents of the driver file folder you can see that this driver has support for the hardware ID you have posted.
[AMDIOV. NTamd64]
% IOMMU. DeviceDesc%=NULL_DRIVER,PCI\VEN_1002 & DEV_5A23
% IOMMU. DeviceDesc%=NULL_DRIVER,PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_1419
% IOMMU. DeviceDesc%=NULL_DRIVER,PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_1577
% IOMMU. DeviceDesc%=NULL_DRIVER,PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_1423
% IOMMU. DeviceDesc%=NULL_DRIVER,PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_1437
% IOMMU. DeviceDesc%=NULL_DRIVER,PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_1449
% IOMMU. DeviceDesc%=NULL_DRIVER,PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_1611Sometimes the automatic installer does not install the driver, so you must outwit the PC.
Go to Device Manager and click on the device IOMMU requiring the driver.
Click the driver tab. Click on set to update driver.
Select her browse my computer for driver software option and navigate to the folder of the driver that was created when you ran the file.
This file will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp67924.
Make sure that the include subfolders is selected and the driver should install.
Restart the PC.

Hello:
I would like to try the W8.1 fingerprint sensor driver...
This package contains the driver that allows the validity fingerprint sensor in the notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The fingerprint sensor analyzes fingerprints for use with biometric security applications.
FTP://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp66501-67000/sp66915.exe
The above driver has support for the hardware ID you have posted. I don't know whether or not this will work on W10.
[Validity.NTamd64]
% USB\vfs491. DeviceDesc % = USB_Install, USB\VID_138A & PID_003DAlternatively, you can try to install the driver manually if auto installation does not work.

ProBook 6570b: screen brightness works do not, the unknown device on PCI
Hello
I have a Probook 6570 b with processor i5 here. He is running on W7 x 64 professional. As in all computers, we decided to replace the hard drive for an SSD. After replacing the hard drive and reinstallig W7 and drivers, there is a problem that I can't fix. It seems that I can't get the Fn keys for brightness screen work. The others work, volume gives a nice popup, evenso buttons additional display.
Unplug the power supply makes the screen dim brightness. Who works. In the energy configuration screen, I can also adjust the screen brightness properly. Only the driver for F9 and F10 does not work.
I don't know if it's related, but in Device Manager, I get an unknown device on a PCI bus. I have not been successful in finding drivers for this one as well. In the detailed tab, it says: * HPQ6000
Thanks for responding!
