  I have trouble downloading the trial of 12 elements in Photoshop.  (If it's ok, then I intend to upgrade my previous version v4.0)

  I have OSX 10.8.5 on an iMac.  This morning, I use Chrome Version 30.0.1599.66.  (I think I used Safari yesterday)

  Yesterday, during the download process (4 min to go), I had a power failure.  Repeat the download, 'extraction' has been left running overnight and this morning I cancelled it and tried again.  I did an uninstall, delete the old .dmg files and a third time.

  He offered to install it in my Applications folder, but after reading some reviews of error, I changed it to Desktop

  I knew then the following message is displayed:

• Help me w / elements trial on Mac

  Hi everyone, I recently switched from PC to Mac and I encounter some difficulties to download the trial of 10 items.  The little status bar on download assistant looks like it's done, but underneath it says extract... He did this for days.  I try closing and it will the trial and re - download it and these 2 mistakes come;

  1 error 105 this product is already in the download queue and will not be added.

  2 error 4960 the following disk images could not be opened.

  I tried reading the forums and tried to download a hotfix, but nothing has changed. Please help and please keep in mind that I am a new Mac user, please be as detailed as possible when solutions.  Thank you!

  I'm not a Mac user, so lets see how.

  Error 105 said that a product is already in the queue. If you see a small X button near him "rip...". "progress bar, click to cancel the process and clear the queue.

  4960 error is a Mac OS error and indicates that it is impossible to mount the dmg. (perhaps because of an error that is causing all this trouble)

  The downloaded file may have become corrupted during the download, if the internet connection was uneven.

  You can try one of the following conditions:

  • Locate the downloaded file (.dmg) and try and mount it manually. If it can be installed, launch the installer from there.
  • Restart the download after clearing the queue.
  • If restart download does not work, uninstall Download Wizard and start again.

  Other that that, let's wait for the inputs of experts here.

  difficult to install on the new macbook pro cs6 trials.   Download Assistant keeps saying that it is the extraction of files. No matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall download Assistant I can't download the free trial version.

  Yes, it's a completely expected behavior for choosing to download the installation files in the application.  Please select the value by default your user folder or your desktop.  Adobe Download Assistant doesn't have sufficient rights to write installation files in the application.

  Once the download is complete, the installer will launch and then install the Application files in the application.

  Try to get itunes working to make a backup of my faulty iphone before repair.

  First-itunes does not start says error. I'm trying to fix it, who said success but same error when you try to start it.
