I tried installing on another computer using Windows 7 without any problem, so I tend to believe that the problem is with Windows 7 on my machine. I recently had to do a clean install of the original operating system (Vista) and then to reload my upgrade to Windows 7. I tried to close all programs, including my Microsoft Security Suite and reinstall with the same result. I also tried to rename the Files\Common\Adobe\OOBE to OOBE.bak and resettlement program. I got the same result. I checked the logs of the fatal errors and did not. Any suggestions on how to fix this? My system is a 32-bit system running Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 and is up-to-date on all the latest updates. Download, installation, setting up

  I work in it and I'm trying to install Adobe CS6 - Design and Web Premium on a new laptop for a user. I already asked the user to uninstall CS6 of his current machine to release the license, I want to use it on the new machine. I use a CD to install the software, the installation is fine until it reaches 99% with an error message "failed to check the genuine Adobe software. The product you want to install is not a true software of Adobe and seems to be false.

  Select the category of assistance you need and once completed, you will see the blue band that still says "need help, contact us.

  I just bought Adobe CS Web Design Premium 5.5.  I tried to install on half a dozen times now, maybe more.  I get variations of the "error Code 6.

  I tried to look at the descriptions, but a lot of mistakes in my summary of the newspaper were not on the list of errors here: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/installation-launch-log-errors-creative.html - however those were, I found this entry:

  Note: E Drive return reference to my CD/DVD drive.  I want to install on my C drive and I also have a 2nd hard D drive, that should not be involved in the installation.
