  I'm trying to these computers to share files and network printers and can't seem to get this to work.  All machines are running XP and I've run the Network Setup Wizard.  I tried several options, but none of the machines recognize each other.  I look at the router and see the connected devices and IP addresses, but machines can only ping their own address.

  I set up the network with a residential gateway and all machines show that on network connections.  But, not finding what I'm doing wrong here in getting these machines to talk to each other.  Anyone have any ideas?

  I don't think you can do a required field of read-only, but you may be able to use the example of workflow you can pass values from the user in the workflow criteria. Set users Division to be tell static or dynamic and so would your workflow rule

  DivisionName() = dynamic and pre {AccountName} <> {AccountName}

  This then triggers to some users and not others.
