  I would like to replace the existing DVD drive (tray ultra slim SuperMulti DVD burner) on a Pavilion 550-110 desktop PC with a Blu - ray player.

  The existing unit is mounted vertically in the case. I replaced the DVD drive with a Blu - ray on a HP PC 500-281 player, where it has been mounted horizontally.

  Now, if the BR drive you have in your 500-281 is a ultra thin (9.5 mm), I imagine that you can use in your new PC.

  To all those who can help you:

  I just got a new 550-110, windows 10 and I go through the initial Setup on Windows 10.

  So far, I can't find or access one of the titles of software included with the computer, such as cyberlink or Bang & Olufsen Play.

  The package contained little documentation, only a start guide and warranty brochure. No other established place of discs or other items, only the keyboard, mouse, and power cord.

  How can I start accessing these programs, in particular the Bang & Olufsen Play? I chose this model for the best acoustics, not the old sound DTS who never worked at the time where to play music.

  In Win7 ol ' well, you will get a list of all programs on the start menu, but the boys at microsoft know what we want, whether we like it or not.   You must click on start in the lower left corner of the taskbar.  You'll see tiles on the right side of the screen and a list of all applications on the left side.  You can scroll the applications until you find what you want.  In addition, to find B & O, you can click on the carrot next to HP Support Assistant (blue and white) in the task bar.  You should see B & O listed and simply click on it.  The control panel will open.  As a musician, I want the best sound I can get, so I tried all settings.

  Installed a HP Pavillion PC with Windows 10 550-126.  I plugged my old model monitor (2009) PC Pavillion, which is a HP 2009 m.  HP 2009 m monitor had a DVI connection, so I bought a DVI adapter to HDMI to connect the new 550-126 Pavilion.  At the start of the monitor shows nothing.  It takes a long time (5-10 minutes) before the login page appears.  When starting I have pressed the "Source" button on the HP 2009 m monitor and it comes up with a block that says "Check Vidoe cable", the block is delivered on one that says DVI is scanning, then digital asset.  I'm trying to understand if the problem is I use an adapter DVI to HDMI or if there is something else that happens - or I need to get a screen that has a direct HDMI to HDMI connection.

  Your PC has the correct UEFI BIOS.

  The GTX 750Ti requires a minimum 300 Watt power supply.

  You must measure the space available along the existing graphics card and compare it to the length of the backup. The 750 is 5.7 inches long. The 750 is a dual slot card. Make sure you have room and you can check out a second plate of Panel rear I/O to install the card.

  It must fit unless it's really tight in your chassis with the existing card.

  Same problem with the power supply. Verify that you can install a power supply 350 Watt or 400 watts.

  I prefer modular Corsair or Seasonic power switching.

  Make sure that you disable secure boot and enable the legacy boot in the BIOS.

  Also to uninstall all of the AMD graphics drivers and software before you install the card GTX 750.
