  So, here's a nice.

  Mac Mini, iPad Mini, iPhone5. All are on the latest versions of the OS. Connected to the identical services iCloud and iTunes on all three devices. The iPhone 5 is delivered to US, the others are the European Union (NL) issued.

  When I send an iMessage on the phone, the message sent is not the Mac Mini or Mini iPad. sent iMessages to iPad or Mac appear on both devices, but not on the phone.

  Incoming messages only appear on the phone, not on the other two aircraft.

  People receiving my messages of either the Mac Mini - combo of the iPad and the iPhone5, have two separate conversations in their messages, but an entry from me in their list of contacts.

  Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. I know that Messages does not properly or sync with your devices is not what you expect. Based on what you said, it seems that you encounter some problems of synchronization with connected devices to your Apple for message ID. Good news is I had this problem myself and I solved this problem by following these steps:

  1. Firstly, you disconnect from your Apple ID for iMessage on all your devices. On your iOS devices, go to settings > Messages > Send and receive and sign for your Apple ID. Then go to settings > Messages and turn off of iMessage.

  2. on your Mac Mini, open messages, then go to the Messages menu > Preferences > accounts. Click your iMessage account in the left sidebar, and then click Sign Out and then sign out again.

  3. restart your devices as closing down and starting process is important to keep the software works correctly:

  4. now sign in iMessage on your iPhone first. Go to settings > Messages, turn on iMessage and connect you to your Apple ID in settings > Messages > Send and receive. Make sure that you are successfully connected, iMessage is activated, and you see your phone number and e-mail available for both "you are reachable by iMessage to ' and"Start new conversations." That's because iMessage uses your iPhone SMS to activate iMessage on your Apple ID.

  I have 1 pc and mac 2. I also use the music library to icloud. However, it depends on the internet connection.

  so, I was wondering if I can put the "itunes library" file on each laptop, the "itunes media" while on the external hard drive?

  My idea is to use an external hard drive whenever I want to use the laptop. so I don't need to broadcast through library icloud music. Moreover, I need an external hard drive and itunes library to work on pc and mac.

  See make a library of portable split. You will need either a for OS X NTFS driver or driver for HFS + for Windows in order to use the drive with an operating system. Also note that there is a delay when you first launch after passage of one BONE to the other.

  I have a pc configured with windows (Vista) and I shared one of the hard drives.

  My mac see allows me to connect and view records and this PC. I checked and I (Get Info) have read and write permission.

  I turned on, on mac and pc file sharing and also enabled for SMB Options I think.

  Whenever I'm going to delete or copy a file to the shared drive it States "you do not have permissions to complete this operation"?

  I treasure this set up and it worked fine. (I wiped the windows and mac PC as cost installs).

  Any idea why this is not play ball?

  Devices can be on different wifi networks.

  Your question is that the phone will not be synchronized using cellular data and will wait until it connects to a wifi network, but this can be any wifi network.

  When I create pools of wwn and Mac for a service profile template, is there a block of addresses that start with a YES that are specific to UCS?  In this guide: http://www.ciscosystems.sc/en/US/products/ps10281/products_configuration_example09186a0080af7515.shtml, I see a trick in the window of this picture: http://www.cisco.com/image/gif/paws/110297/create-sp-ucsblade-11.gif that specifies the use of the prefix 20:00:00:25:B5:xx:xx:xx will ensure uniquiness in WWN name, but when I'm in the same screen on our UCS, I don't see this trick.  The same goes for MACs, there at - it a block with certain values that I should start with?  The MAC of the guide section shows 02:25:B5:00:00:00 in the configuration window: http://www.cisco.com/image/gif/paws/110297/create-sp-ucsblade-09.gif but it is this unique UCS?

  For the MACs Cisco recorded the program YES 00: 25:b5 the last three bytes are to you. You can either some arbitrary numbers of makeup or you can put a logic behind it. Here's what I recommend for MACs.

  • Create two clusters of MAC; one for the fabric and the other for fabric B
  • For the last three bytes, use the first for the site/cluster and the other for fabric or B. Example site 1, group 1 and fabric would be this 00:25:b5:11:a0:00 and go up from there. Fabric B would be this 00:25:b5:11:b0:00 and this 00:25:b5:12:a0:00 cluster 2.

  For the WWNNs and the WWPN, you want three pools; one for the node WWN and two for the port WWN (vHBA).

  Same concept here for the WWNNs use something like 20:11:00:25:b5:00:00:00 for the site 1 cluster 1 and 20:12:00:25:B5:00:00:00 for cluster 1 2 site.

  For the WWPN pools do one for fabric and a fabric b like this

  • Fabric of the 1 Group 1 site - 20:00:00:25:b5:11:aa:00
  • Fabric B 1 Group 1 - 20:00:00:25:b5:11:bb:00 of the site

  By creating pools MAC and WWPN for each tissue, you can easily identify what fabric on a MAC or WWN comes when you look at the MAC table on a switch or what zoning, you can easily select WWN. might be useful when troubleshooting as well.
