6735 laptop computer s starts all of a sudden?

The habit of my laptop starts and if I keep the voltage, the power supply light is plugged is no nothing when I try on just using the battery the power light turns on for a few seconds then turns off and the power supply blinks if I plug remains lit in orange, if I remove the battery and try just sector nothing happens. I am more appalled I just write a cheque of guarantee and it is exhausted, a few weeks, what frustrates me because I got it for Christmas last year (END OF 2008), he missed late 2009 and we are a few days only in 2010, it's really sad that the timming couldn't be worse, as if he was aged 3 years or something I could eat better but its literally a year and a couple of weeks, it cost me an arm and a leg and I don't really know what to do, so any help would be very appreciated not only as I need to use it but all my work is on its hard disk (which I had failed to back up as no warning on this failure) HELP please... Thanks in advance!

I then found this by Googling only not by trawling the forums I did for hours on the HP Web site, suggestion more far to the bottom of the about page to remove the battery and the ac power and cable holding the button for 15 seconds worked so I am sharing this with all of you who have similar problems... (Thanks to the more able to be like its saved me the headache of paying for a diagnosis and saved my work PHEWWW problems!)

Think you that adapter, AC power or internal battery is dead?
I only just got it repaired a month or he is before the end of the warranty but its all done now so have that support.

    see you soon

    Hello

This looks like a motherboard problem and not a battery or an AC adapter problem.
The LED provides an error code which can be read by a technician for laptop.

Generally, the warranty covers the part repaired for about 6 months.
If the defective part has been fixed then a month ago and the same part failures again then the warranty should cover the replacement.

In this case, you must call the ASP in your country and should explain the issue

    Good luck

  • Some movie files will start all of a sudden lag or stutter?

No idea why some movie files will start all of a sudden lag or stutter?
You start to read a file and everything is ok, but then 2 minutes it starts to play up.
If you pause and press play again, he will be ok for a minute and then replay upward.

I thought that it had fallen because of the USB cable or wireless, but it still happens when I copy the files on the hard drive. The files are ok so read on a PC.

    Hello

The error code will be a Smart failure or disk Self Test - in both cases, this would indicate that hard is defective and must be replaced.  This is also consistent with the question of commissioning.

If your laptop is still under warranty, contact HP and arrange for the disk replaced - you can check the status of your warranty here.

If you live in the United States, contact HP here.

If you are in another part of the world, begin here.

If you are out of warranty and would like a guide to replacing the hard drive yourself, let me know.

  • Fujitsu Siemens AMD computer even will not start all of a sudden upward (not!) - loop

    Hi all

My computer has always worked great and I have a valid version of 32-bit Vista Home Premium .

My computer runs on the following specifications:

    AMD Phenom 9500 + 2.2 ghz QUAD

    RAM: 4 GB of Ram

Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 3850 512 MB

    Motherboard: AMD 690 G

Yesterday, I was on my computer as usual and was on a server VOIP talk to my friends. As I'm holding down my push-to-talk button all of a sudden, my computer restarts and every 1-2 seconds in the restart it restarts again.

It does not have any bios loading screen and nothing.

I opened and cleaned everything but I could not find any problem. Any idea? It is literally on autoEVERY 2 seconds... he just constantly made the sound of a computer restart like as thought I would be pressing the button like a maniac.

If it helps, I think my computer was on during the night and the following day until 02:00 so so well over 30 hours.

Any help asap would be crucial.

    Best regards

PS I am writing from my laptop: p

So! Finally, I've isolated the problem for now.

I have 2 different memory channels (purple & orange) and channels 2 & 4 If you count the farther away from the CPU does not work which means that I had to remove 2 GB of RAM

Looks like the solution for now is to use my pc to 2 GB. I will update to WIN7 tonite, then ill try using two sticks again but I think ill have to buy 2 x 2 GB instead of using 4 x 1 GB that I used to use...

No idea how to solve this problem with the ram slots?

  • Laptop screen orientation from landscape to A4, I moved the cursor on the screen. Laptop computer now starts in A4 direction too. Help!

Note: I use my old desktop PC (Windows XP) for you to explain the problem with my laptop (Windows 7).

    Problem:

The last thing I did on my laptop did was move the cursor when, suddenly, the screen image went from landscape (which is the normal display) to A4 (i.e. through 90 degrees).  I must add that due to a health problem I lost some feeling in my hands a fingers which does not help when I press the button and move the slider. Therefore, it is more likely that I inadvertently changed the orientation of the screen somehow.

There was no notice given on the screen to change.

I shut down the computer, waited a few minutes and started again.  The orientation of the wrong screen reappears.

As I am not a COMPUTER buff, by any stretch of the imagination, I don't know how to provide you with a screenshot if you need.

Thanks for any help you can give,

    Derek

Press Ctrl & Alt keys and use the arrows to rotate back.

According to the graphics card on your computer, these can be alternatives.

Right click on the desktop | Graphics options | Rotation.

Right click on the desktop | Screen resolution | Orientation.

  • Audio continues to jump. Started all of a sudden. Maybe it's the fault of update?

Hello world! I searched the web, but I can't find a solution to my problem.

Today, all of a sudden, the audio on my Dell laptop began to jump. Every 30 seconds or more, it 'ghhhhhh' and then came back to normal. I have Win7 Home Premium. This happens with any audio source: audio, video, local, online, using different software and different Web sites.

It is not a driver problem because I hit him, it worked perfectly forever. I thought that this could be a virus, so I really cleaned up the system. But nothing. I also installed Ms Sql days management tools. But I uninstalled everything. However, I installed it days ago and only now that I began to have problems.

Recently I have updated the system, could this be the reason?

    Hello Alessandro.

Indeed, this means a third-party program or service is causing the sound problem.

I suggest that refer you to the article below and follow the steps listed under "determine what the cause of the problem."

  • G1 laptop computer 350. All USB ports stopped working

Hello. I hope someone can give me some advice on this subject.

I turned on my laptop the other day and none of the USB ports worked. Any device I plug is not recognized and there is no power to the USB ports. (Goal of mouse does not light, bright external HHD is turned off. USB flash drives do not light up.) Powered deviecs are not also recognized is more than a problem of USB power. (When I say not recognized I mean there is no indication that they are still connected, no pop up error message or indication in Device Manager that the device may be defective).

I tried to uninstall all USB drivers without result, I started from a Linux CD and a Win7 ERD without result. I also tried a hard reset, also without result. I have reset the BIOS and verified that USB is enabled in the BIOS but that also made no difference.

If anyone has any useful advice, I would be very grateful.

  • Laptop won't start all the way

My laptop was working perfectly last night, and now when I try to turn it on, he finds himself on the home screen with the HP logo. After ten minutes of this, it shows 'prepare auto repair' under the rotation animation. After it's for a while, the screen goes gray and nothing more. I really want to help because I have fear that something catastrophic happened to my computer (which isn't even a year!)
It's a HP Pavilion if that helps at all. Also, I tried to take the battery, the power button and plug only the AC adapter. It does not work.

    Hello

Error code 24 characters for short drive Self Test (DST) would indicate that hard is defective and must be replaced.  It is also compatible with startup problems you describe.

As your laptop is less than a year, it will be still under warranty, then contact HP and arrange for the disk replaced - if necessary, you can check the status of your warranty here.

If you live in the United States, contact HP here.

If you are in another part of the world, begin here.

    Kind regards

  • Connect laptop computer Win7 wireless all in one single premium 309g

For some reason when I try to connect my Win7 laptop to my home network and the premium all in a 309g printer which is connected wireless to my network home and trying to get the printer to print on my laptop, in the add printer box, it turns out the printer 2 times. The first time as Photosmart premium 309g and there still the same name of the printer, but with "HPOB437F" in the name of the printer. most later showing a green check mark. The two printer icons look like 2 different model printers. Also when I click on my computer with drives C, D, G, then Z to the printer. When I got this installed printer before ever stood there.

Any help in setting up my installation would be appreciated.

A may be associated with the simple operation of the system driver and the other related to the complete HP software.

Delete the one with less settings, I guess.

  • Laptop computer does start, no screen, no hard drive, no fan

I've been looking around, but I can't find a solution to this problem anywhere.  I have a HP pavilion DV 2000 series.  When I push the power button all the lights above the keyboard lights (control Volume, play, rewind, fast forward, ect) and the power (solid) indicator.  But that's all that happens.

The screen does not light, the hard drive does not turn, the fan power not on.  The computer won't go to sleep mode when closed.

I tried the technique of hard reset with the power button several times with no results.  There are no flashing lights and no beep of any kind.

If anyone knows a solution please help.

This is the model. This is the second generation dv2000s (higher number of dv2500). Those who are less likely to have problems with motherboard, have never called back. However, they have indeed questions similar to earlier models, so I'm fairly certain that you have a very dead motherboard caused by a bad video chip again. My advice is still standing. If you want to try to fix it, I can give you some advice, however.

  • My new Apple TV v4 does not smoothly on Airplay with my MacbookPro and Air laptops but with the iPhone and iPad Airlay gets so juddery and then goes off - laptop computer WiFi connections all that happens on clues?

Devastated to find that the new AppleTV works great on Airplay / mirroring with the iPhone and iPad devices but completely useless on the NEW laptops.

Trying to show any video for example utube creates immediately hop on the TV screen when you use the Macbook and in no time the WiFi connection is stunned.

    What is going on?

I use ElCapitan, and the last 15 "16GB i7 Macbook MacbookPro and not expect a problem with streaming media.

Absolutely well on Airplay with bith an iPhone 6 Plus and also an Air iPad

This will be due to a network problem. There is a difference between mirroring of a phone/Tablet and grow to a full desktop in real-time

Mmake that there is no other activity (other streaming, web browsing, backup network etc.)

Try to connect the Apple TV via ethernet

To see a current state of the network to obtain a report of istumbler or similar. Look for the strength of the signal, noise, networks nearby

    Test on another network

  • How do I just remove it from my computer and start all over

    Help!

    Hello

Some system manufacturer provides Options recovery or Partitions to allow you to go back to a factory level
    Install which erases all data.

This tells you how to access the System Recovery Options and/or Vista disk (some manufacturers have other methods)
    http://windowshelp.Microsoft.com/Windows/en-us/help/326b756b-1601-435e-99D0-1585439470351033.mspx

You mean reinstall the OS completely? If you have Vista DVD you can do however make sure to
totally your data off the drive of backup, and you need to reinstall your programs. If you do not
Disks of Vista, you can buy them in your machine to cheap system. If you don't care about existing programs
Then you can make a complete new installation - just select the format options that erases the entire disc (this
    Clears all data as well).
