  I just bought a 4 GB fuze; one of the main reasons was supposed to ogg vorbis playback support.

     USB is set to MSC; I don't have / use MediaPlayer, so I want to copy files via Explorer / FileManager on my device
     I copy my MUSIC files or audiobooks, disassemble the unit, disconnect and start playback.

  7. What do you get?

     First of all, I expect my rocket to _show_ files / interpreter / albums / you name
     and secondly I would really appreciate to play.

     nothing after putting in the shape of the device and adding some files the Player keeps telling me that it was empty.
     After you add a few mp3s, find and play, so I can't find mistakes in my treatment.

     just for fun, I just downloaded a song of Grateful Dead of archive.org, transferred to music one again the same thing happens: nothing.

  Just got the 8 GB Fuze, version 1 system device. I've updated the firmware (version 22) because I want to load, store, and read files FLAC on this unit. I use EAC to rip wavs and convert to FLAC. When I try to drag files FLAC in the "rocket", do not accept saying them that FLAC is not recognized. Anyone got a quick solution to this problem? Thank you...

  It seems that the MTP driver believes incorrectly that him FLAC is not supported by this device.  To resolve this problem, go into settings system on the "rocket", then "USB Mode".  Make sure that 'MASTER' is selected.  Now, this causes the device to be recognized as a generic removable storage device in windows.  Now you can transfer and play files FLAC.  It took me several hours to understand mine, so I hope that this is the case for you.

• Fuze 4 GB will not recognize the change of information tracking

  Right then, I had some problems with my Fuze MP3 player. When I download the new music on the device, the ID3 tags all come out the way they are supposed to. However, if I remove the music that is on the drive and replace it with the same tracks with ID3s update, it will not recognize the change of title, album, or artist, if the song file will be updated. I know because I had problems with the songs with the same name or accidentally given songs the name of another song, which resulted in incorrectly labeled music.

  I tried to format the drive, I tried to remove the music manually in the file system, I tried to change the USB mode and delete the file that I said holds the ID3 data, and I tried all the possible permutations of disconnection and let the Player recognizes the changes. This includes the removal of all the music in the player, disconnection of the latter, confirming that there is no music on the system, to change the USB mode, deleting the file with the ID3 information, turning the rear USB mode, reconnect, put my music on the device, and the problems have not been resolved.

  Since you are being invited to turn off Genius, you can add music, please use the following information to resolve these two issues:

  Turn on or off the Genius

  If iCloud music library is enabled, you cannot disable Genius.

  Choose file > library > Genius (toggle Genius).

  Turning off the Genius Genius Genius Shuffle shuts and and the Genius Mix.

  12 iTunes for Mac: use Shuffle Genius, Genius or Genius Mix playlists

• Windows Media Player does not recognize the new downloaded songs

  I have a Pavilion a4310f Prod Nr: race AY014AA-ABA, Win 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

  I just found out that Windows Media Player does not recognize the songs, I recently downloaded from Wal-Mart music download Site.  The songs can be seen in the music library in a folder called 'Downloads' and I can open each song and he will play when double-clicked.  The problem is that I can't create a playlist containing the new songs and burn a copy of the reading list, because the songs are not listed in the Media Library Player any hot it is sorted (artist, Album, Genre, etc.).

  Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  Problem solved!

  Went to: start == > Control Panel == > troubleshooting == > view all == > and ran troubleshooting on the library and the settings of WMP.

  Convenience store detected library corrupt and "in media files appear in the WMP library.  Then ran convenience store on WMP settings which reset OMP to default settings.  After that, everything worked as announced.

  I have my fuse sansa for over a year and no problems, but now I'm trying to plug it in (to add songs), but it shuts down and the computer does not recognize it. I formatted, but still once, nothing happened.

But when I use USB 2.0 (I tried several times using each of the three USB ports on my PC), troubleshooting the error message says "Apple iPhone won't work correctly with USB 3.0." This seems to be a recent problem, since in March 2016, I could spend a few songs from my PC to my phone using iTunes.

  Well, you aren't the only one. This just freakin happened to me. I spent the last three hours with apple and Windows supports. Now I'm reinstalling Windows 10 by last resort of Windows support councils. I got the same message USB. In iTunes, under devices something removed my 5s and the iPad. But it remains 6 s wife.   The Sansa times .mp3, .wma. OGG, FLAC and .wav. It cannot decode m4a or mpeg-4.

  Are downloads of iTunes? Apple doesn't want read you elsewhere on your computer and whatever this dopI little pocket music player they do is called?   M4a and .aac are owners of Apple formats.

  You must extract these files from CDs in mp3, or if you do not have CD you will need to convert m4a to mp3. Download the free media encoder and conversion (transcoding) these files mp4 to mp3 high quality, 192 Kbps or higher. If you use more low-quality mp3 will save you space, but the sound quality will suffer.

  And if you use iTunes to rip a CD, you can change the settings (in Edition/Preferences/Advanced/import music, which differs from the advanced visible tab) to mp3 instead of m4a files when rip you.

  If your files are m4p, the p is for protégés who are protected against copying the files, which means that you're not supposed to move on another device.  The only way to convert is to go into the underground world of pirate.
