  The drivers you need are not on the support page and driver of the laptop which is the reason for which you are unfairly at the end of your rope.  If you do not have something wrong.

  First install the chipset driver and restart. Top download, this is what you want.

• Lack of driver for ethernet controller (manufacturer: Realtek)

  I bought a hp 3330 pro MT PC with linux OS preinstalled. Just installed Winows 7 Home Basic (32 bit) Edition.

  The ethernet controller driver is missing. I tried to download a driver to install hp under my serial number of the product (sgh213t214). None of the last two drivers under driver - network solves the problem.

  OK, so I don't normally post questions on the fourms but I'm stuck so I think ill give him a try. normally im a believer closed in I can find something on google but I'm just frustrated. a friend gave me a computer to fix and use while mine is normally its no problem I can normally solve almost anything. This one how ever im pulling my hair. It's a HP probook 6470b it says im lack 4 drivers that want it fixed i more then I can try to find the others is the Ethernet controller. does anyone know ware I can get this?

  I reloaded Xp which solved a problem of sound. Now, I can't connect to internet because I don't have the driver for ethernet controller. I spent several hours trying to find this driver but my search always ends up in a dead end.

  There are three models of Equium A100. Please post model number short and we can check it for you.

• Problem with satellite Pro L300 Ethernet controller

  I have a Satellite Pro L300 (PSLB9A - 02L 001). Have'nt after being on the dial for the year last I was wireless (it worked well before that) but am now back on broadband but I don't seem to have any wireless.
  Checked the Device Manager and there is a yellow exclamation next to the ethernet controller and it seems there is no pilot, but apart from that, there is no further details. I tried to update the driver but it cannot find the driver on my computer and it will not search the Internet for this.

  I tried, but none of the drivers I downloaded seems to work...
  At the back of the computer laptop is a sticker - PA3613U-1MPC, I think it's the wifi card that is missing the driver but I can't find a driver for it for the life of me...

  Any help would be wonderful.

  What is now with LAN driver? Do you need it too?
  In any case, visit the Toshiba support page under http://www.mytoshiba.com.au/support/download and there you should find good LAN driver for your model of laptop.

• Satellite Pro L630-12: the Ethernet controller v v. WLAN network card

  Basic questions:
  My Satellite Pro L630-12F has (A) an Atheros AR8151 PCI - E Gigabit Ethernet Controller, and (B) Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter.
  Toshiba continues regularly informing me that a Wireless Lan Driver update was released, which I need to install.

  First question: is Wireless LAN Ethernet controller driver or the network card?

  I have check the versions on my machine of both (A) and (B) with the PC diagnostic tool and find that (B) is the latest version (5.60.48.35) and (A) is a very old version (1.0.0.26). I download the latest version (9.2.0.316.0) of "Atheros Wireless LAN Adapter" for my machine from the Wireless LAN Driver download page (Windows 7 (64)) and run the file. But, everywhere I look, my machine continues to say that the version of (A) is (1.0.0.26).

  Second question: am I update the Ethernet Atheros controller when I download and run the Atheros Wireless LAN Adapter?
  If Yes, then why doesn't it show the latest version information?

  Sorry for the basic questions, but I found no explanations in various forums on the difference between 'ethernet controller', 'network card' and 'Wireless LAN' after searching several times. I'm afraid that Toshiba keeps informing me that I don't have the latest version of the wireless LAN driver despite my efforts to follow their instructions.

  Ethernet controller can be both; WLan and LAN in your case I guess that WLan is Ethernet controller, it would seem if the WLan driver is not installed

  Hello. I have a Compaq Presario CQ5700Y desktop PC and recently installed a new version of Windows 7.  Now, I don't have a driver for the ethernet adapter. Looking for everywhere. HP website offers only one for windows 7 64 bit and mine is 32-bit. According to my device manager, my hardware to ethernet controller id is the following:

  I have a Presario CQ60-215DX and I need the driver for the ethernet controller. It is not listed on the downloads Web site.

  Sorry, I was going to change the operating system to Vista Ultimate, so I put the recovery on the disks. I discovered that the ethernet card is an Atheros AR5007, so I downloaded the driver for it from the manufacturer's website and it worked perfectly.

  Hi all first post and im desperate.

  I'm trying to sort my laptop Satellite a40 of neighbors.
  They had the CD of two recovery, but trying to do a full restore returned to the top! Error!

  After pressing 2 to continue. Thought discs must be scratched and had it.
  Then loaded win xp pro witch went without a hitch until I needed to go on the internet.
  Even then I thought that the ethernet controller is not difficult to find.

  What a mistake it was me? Driver was not on the two recovery CD and I tried both drivers intel on the download without result page.
  They both seem to be for Wireless Lan.
  I just need the ethernet (LAN) to work.

  It has always been used with wireless, but not go now. Got the main due virus reformat and reinstall XP Professional. Everything's fine, everything works, but found a yellow flag in device manager for the ethernet controller. Have tried all the drivers available, nothing helps. Help me here, please.

• Satellite M-115 S1061 not correctly configured Ethernet controller

  Hi all. I am the third person who is the owner of this laptop and I don't have any of the original documents, software - nothing. I recently had to reinstall the operating system, and because I didn't have the original operating system I had to use another copy of Windows XP pro that I had. Well, the network card is installed fine and work correctly, but the ethernet controller isn't. I don't know much about these things, but I thought that if it was not working right the other should be too. They use different drivers? I tried the file here:

  I agree with Akuma. Please note that the Chipset driver must be installed first.
  After installation of the chipset driver continue with graphics, sound, modem, LAN and all the other drivers.
