8 windows multiple BSOD errors

I had a HARD drive on my system to Windows 7. I wanted to install a SSD and move to Windows 8. I bought a Samsung EVO 250 GB Solid State Drive and have had any other problems with Windows 8. I can still update Windows without having a BSOD. Here is a list of the BSOD errors I received in 24 hours:

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (Ntfs.sys) (fltmgr.sys)

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (dxgmms1.sys) (nvlddmkm.sys)

System_service_exception (no data) (nvlddmkm.sys)

Each parenthesis is a different phenomenon and there are many others. I don't know if it's my real SSD which is a failure or if the controller is not compatible with Windows 8, or if any other piece of hardware is not. I tried updating, deleting, adding updates, firmware and drivers and nothing is.

We need the DMP file because it contains the single record of the sequence of events that led to the accident, what drivers have been loaded, and what has been loaded.

WE NEED AT LEAST TWO FILES DMP TO SPOT TRENDS AND TO CONFIRM THE DIAGNOSIS.

If you're overclocking (pushing components beyond their design) return you to default at least until the crash is resolved. If you don't know what it is that you're probably not overclocking.
You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting in SafeMode (F8) with networking.
If you are overclocking stop.  (chances are that if you are unsure if you are, you are not)
To allow us to help you with symptoms BSOD on your computer, download the contents of your folder "\Windows\Minidump".
The procedure:
* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another location (temporary) somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy (compress)
* Please download to a service like Skydrive or "Rapidshare" to share files and put a link to them in your answer.
Link to find out how to download below.
To ensure the minidumps are enabled:
* Click Start, in the search box, type: sysdm.cpl, press ENTER.
* On the Advanced tab, click Startup and recovery... Settings button.
* Make sure that automatically restart is unchecked.
* Under the writing debugging information header, select image partial memory (256 KB) in the list box drop-down (varies from 256kb).
* Ensure to that small Dump Directory is listed as % systemroot%\Minidump.
* OK your way out.
* Reboot if changes have been made.
Please also run MSinfo32 and download the output as well.
To run MSinfo32 please go to start > run > MSinfo32
Go to 'file', 'save' and download the PDF is saved with the DMP
System specs are extremely useful then please include everything you know.

Blue screen view and that crashed are often wrong and should only be used in case of emergency...

  • Windows BSOD error

    Hello

These days I often BSOD error ' DRIVER_IRQL_NOT LESS OR EQUAL (tcpip.sys) and even I am unable to copy or zip the dump file, it saying: access denied.»

    Please help me

    Hello

To help you, we will need for the. DMP files to analyze what exactly happened at the time of the accident, etc.

If you do not know where. The DMP files, here's how to get to them are:

    1. go to the folder % systemroot%\Minidump.

2 copy all the DMP files in the Minidump folder on your desktop and zip then those files.

-If she always says that you have not the permission, you must Take Ownership- http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/2814-take-ownership-add-context-menu-Windows-8-a.html

    3. download the zip containing the. Files DMP Onedrive or a Web hosting of your choice and paste it in your answer. Favorite sites: Onedrive, Mediafire, Dropbox, etc.. Anything with waiting-timers.

4 (optional): The type of. DMP files in the Minidump folder are known as small images of memory. In any % there will be what we call a kernel image (if your system is configured to generate). It is labeled MEMORY. DMP. The difference between the small images of memory and core-dumps in the simplest definition is that a kernel image contains much more information at the time of the accident, which allows more debugging of your question. If your upload speed and you're not going against any strict caps bandwidth and/or use, etc., the kernel image is the best choice. Note that the core-dumps are much larger in size due to containing much more information, that's why I mentioned the download speed, etc..

If you plan to use Onedrive but don't know how to download it, please see the following:

Download pictures and files to Onedrive.

Please note that all programs "cleaner" such as TuneUp Utilities, CCleaner, etc., default will remove. DMP files after use.

If your computer does. DMP files, follow these steps:

    1. start > type systemroot which should show the Windows folder, click it. Once inside this folder, make sure there is a Minidump folder created. If not, CTRL-SHIFT-N to create a new folder and name it Minidump.

2 Windows key + Pause key. This should appear in the system. Click Advanced on the left system settings > advanced > performance > settings > advanced > make sure there is a check mark for "manage automatically the size of pagefile for all readers."

3 Windows key + Pause key. This should appear in the system. Click Advanced on the left system settings > advanced > startup and Recovery > settings > system > ensure there is a check mark next to "write an event to the system log.

Make sure Small Memory Dump is selected and ensure that the path is % systemroot%\Minidump.

    4. ensure that viewers is ENABLED:

Start > Search > type services.msc > on the name tab, search for Windows Error Reporting Service > if the service status is not started, then right-click and select start. Also to ensure that, under Startup Type set to automatic rather than manual. You can do this by right click, select properties and under general selection on 'Automatic' startup type and then click on apply.

If you can not get into normal mode to do this, please do so via Safe Mode.

    Kind regards

    Patrick

Thank you very much for your help...

I found the reason why is because of Anti-Malware software and I uninstalled that. All is well now

  • Windows BSOD error 8 "Bad Pool Caller."

    Original title: Windows 8 BSOD

    Dear Windows people

I got the dreaded Blue Screen of Death on my laptop Acer Aspire E1 - 750 cheap but good mood who gave error code 'Bad Pool Header', then 'Bad Pool Caller'. He couldn't get past this screen at start up. Using Windows 8.0, no devices (in fact, I was trying to plug a Kobo in the USB port, and does not recognize him, he was charging, led me to restart the laptop, to achieve the above error messages.

Very surprised because it is relatively new, and the previous Amilo (Windows XP) I had, had 8 years of operation without BSOD.

    The files don't the zip.

We need the DMP file because it contains the single record of the sequence of events that led to the accident, what drivers have been loaded, and what has been loaded.
We prefer at least 2 DMP files to track trends and to confirm the cause.

  • Satellite L850 - 1 P 9 - Windows 8 critical Error athwx *.

    Hello

    recently, I bought a new laptop, a Satellite L850-1, P 9.

The first week of using the laptop never showed signs of Ant problems, but in the last 3 days I get a BSOD that stops at the laptop.

Before closing, I have thus written in a document of something like this "athwx_8". I read that this kind of error is related to the software that can be installed.

The software that I use now is the same that I used on my old laptop, it may be that something related to driver software.

Here is a link from which grab the windows event viewer: [errors found | http://sdrv.ms/1a0q3e6]

    Hello

I recommend you to reset the laptop back to factory settings.
Let's hope it's just a software problem that could be solved by the system recovery.

Don't know how to do this?
If this is not the case, check this useful document from Toshiba:

    [Windows 8 recovery & repair | http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/TSB2A03ES0000R01.htm]

You should choose the option * reset your PC *.
This would remove and reinstall Windows option permanently removes your personal files and the PC applications and returns 8 Windows to its original state. That the State of origin is a pure installation of Windows 8, or the default configuration of OEM factory, depending on the medium used for the operation.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated

  • Windows Server 2003 - Error Codes: 0X800706BE & 0X800706BA

I have a server with Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition custom which is made of multiple system errors of Windows Update Agent with ID 20.

    Here are some examples:

Installation failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x800706be: update Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 for Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP x 86 (KB982168).

Installation failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x800706ba: Security Update for Windows Server 2003 (KB979683).

In addition, there are 20 twenty updates that produce the total failure of the installation with the 0x800706ba error. The first installation of .NET framework 3.5 SP1 error is the only one with error 0x800706be.

To resolve this problem, I did the following:

Stop the automatic updates service, renamed Software Distribution files in C:\WINDOWS and C:\WINDOWS\system32, and then restarted again the automatic updates service.

The same problem occurred (updates will download, but not with the error ID 20 system event) and so I did the same steps again and also reinstated the SOOPER services:

    1. run "gpupdate/force".

    2. run "/detectnow wuauclt.

And once again, downloaded updates, but not settle and the recorded errors.

What else can I try to get these updates installed?

  • BSOD errors, seeking help narrowing of the cause

A quick overview - I've been "gifted" a site with about 250PCs to manage.  From the beginning of the contract (before my time), they have random BSOD errors and a few other programs that I am trying to sort now that I'm responsible for everything.

The issue is that when the user to log in and begin to open programs, or sometimes during the initial connection, the system will blue screen and they reboot.  To restart the system in general will allow them to connect you and start working.  Other times it can happen 2 - 3 times before the system decides to cooperate.

I started the collection of mini dumps memory.dmp and msinfo for systems after sorting what I could of BSOD Viewer (which only the States, it's a question about memory, but all searches are futile determine exactly what the cause.)

Here is a link to the 2 systems, that I'm watching, hoping someone can do the same a fraction of light to help solve this problem.  Users have dealt the question, at least 1-2 years, I've been here since February and I'm about to start pulling my hair (what little I have excluded).

  • BSOD error: IRQL GT ZERO at THE SERVICE of the SYSTEM

    Hello

I have known many BSOD errors since last year. I tried to install a new copy of Windows, but the problem is still going.

I read some responses who blame Bitdefender here, but I want to confirm by sending my dumpfiles before complaining to them, can you help me?

I also read something related to this on Bitdefender forum http://forum.bitdefender.com/lofiversion/index.php/t48376.html, but I think that's exactly my problem. However, I installed the patch mentioned, but still have not tested its effectiveness... Could this hotfix (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2664888) solve my problem?

Here is the link to my dump files and msinfo32: http://www.4shared.com/rar/J0al3nomba/Minidump.html

    Thank you in advance.

    Renato Rigotto.

    Hello Renato.

Thank you for the update on the issue and if problem continues try to follow these methods and check if it helps.

    Method 1:

Select last good known in Windows Advanced options and check if that helps. To do this, restart the computer and press the F8 key for about four to five times. You will see the that last known good Configuration in the advanced options of windows. Please select last known good Configuration and then press enter.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/using-last-known-good-configuration

    Method 2:

You must disable the auto restart in case of failure system on your computer and note the error message receive you on the blue screen and you need to post back to us.

To do this, you must start your computer on the Advanced Boot options , and select Disable automatic restart in case of system error.

See this link to start your computer in Advanced startup options.

For the past 2 weeks I got a BSoD error once per day. There is no consistency in what I'm doing at the time of the error, time of day etc that I've been able to think.

Any help is appreciated with gratitude. If there is more information, I can provide to help determine the problem, please let me know.

These accidents were related to the corruption of memory (probably caused by Kaspersky).

Please run these tests to check your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.

If you're overclocking (pushing components beyond their design) return you to default at least until the crash is resolved. If you don't know what it is that you're probably not overclocking.

  • Windows 7 BSOD when changing between LAN and Wifi network

I have users to get BSODs during network between LAN and Wifi. There is not much information in the dump file.

Any idea what could be causing this BSOD, and what can be done to correct?

I can send the dump file if anyone is interested in looking at.

1st thing I would do is update the card interface (wired) NETWORK and WiFI (wireless) drivers.

Suspect also any 3rd party antivirus. Uninstall it and use MSE - free at least test.

99% of the time error 116 comes from heat.  If yours is a laptop that is almost certainly.  It isn't RAM (although it can be the video ram), it could also be power.

Update for win 7 64 bit will not solve this
