first of all, you need to update to win 8.1 * this might solve the problem but if you can not it was related to bScsiSDa.sys SD 3.0 Controller of Broadcom Corporation I remove the current driver and install the latest driver available.

I tried to reinstall Windows 7 on my Acer Aspire 5741 G of girls but it won't restart windows, installation cannot be performed. I can't find the recovery CD I did 3 years ago. Do I need to get a new OS or I can somehow access the partition that is already in the computer. I tried to enable D2D in BIOS, press alt f10 and everything. What should I do?

Hello ErikPx , the better to do a reload of the OS using the hidden partition would be turning the device off, with the power off then back and when you see the Acer logo, hold down the ALT key first then press F10 (1 time) and release both buttons. It should be a message that says that windows is loading files. When you see this and it loads the Acer E-recovery choose the first option.

  • Windows 7 installed on acer aspire 5516

Hi, I installed windows 7 on my acer aspire 5516, but I am not satisfied by the graphics.
I know that windows 7 can install most of the drivers for your laptop or computer and I also know that windows 7 works better with the new processors (quad core, core duo, core 2 duo of), I checked my video card and it says:

The current video card can support Aero with a driver that is compatible with the driver model (WDDM) Display Windows. Contact the manufacturer of your video card or computer for a WDDM compatible driver.

I clicked next and it was checking the video card and I read: video card driver does not support the Aero effects... is not fixed
    What can I do?
    Help, please

    Hello

Reinstall the original operating system again.

Either boot from the Acer recovery disk and reinstall the operating system for any operating system you had installed or use the Recovery of Acer partition for purpose to reinstall, IF you don't the have not erased by the Vista installation.

For an Acer at startup, press the ALT LEFT + F10 to start the recovery process.

And if you don't have a recovery partition or a drive:

You can contact your Acer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

They should do this for a small fee.

How to order the eRecovery discs:

The minidump files show that the stop error message DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER (f7) is caused by the RtsUStor.sys:

The RtsUStor.sys is the driver for the Realtek USB card reader.

You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the card reader driver using the driver that is available for the laptop at Acer.

  • Windows 8 BSOD due to CORE 41

I had 3 blue screens in the last 24 hours. There is no way that this is something that I downloaded because I did not download anything less than last month.  The issue began last night (29/01/2014 right before midnight).  I have no idea why he got the BSOD because I just played on my Playstation with the laptop, just sitting there.  All of a sudden, the error message came up saying that the PC has encountered a problem and needs to restart. I looked in the case log and error that happened that were all the same, core 41, apparently, it has to do with the power of the laptop? Also, I never had this older problem on my laptop which is running windows 7 pro, just on windows 8.  I looked online for a fix or why it can happen, but nothing seemed to be my problem, or a fix. Here's the breakdown of what has happened last night until about 20 minutes before this post:

    -turned on pc about 10:30
    -I went to play playstation
    -on 1.5hrs later, BSOD
    -rebooted pc
-I went to bed and decided to download digital copies of all the movies of Fast and Furious from Amazon
    -to 06:20, BSOD aroun
    -tour of pc at 07:45
    -Turn on pc around 18:00
    -at 19:36, BSOD
Like I said all the BSODS were due to the 41 core error and I have never had this problem since last year when I bought the laptop or my mobile older which has windows 7 pro.
The pc that I use now, the same one that had errors, it's an ACER Aspire, V3 - 771 G with windows 8, intel core i7, 8 GB of Ram
Yet, I don't know why this problem continues to be, especially of 3 times in 24 hours WTF!
There is a known issue with the Logmein driver dated 24/01/2014 causing BSOD with error code 0 x 44 and the titile of "MULTIPLE-IRP-END-APPLICATIONS.

We are advised to remove or to contact the developer of a patch, update, work around, etc.
Failing that I would return to an older version until a pilot no bug is released.

  • Satellite A660-1CJ - 8.1 Windows crashes - BSOD bridge.sys

    Hello

I have a Satelite A660-1CJ, running Windows 8.1 and he already broke 5 times with a BSOD:
    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (bridge.sys)

    What can I do?

    Hello

It seems that the bridge.sys is causing the BSOD.
Bridge.sys is a Windows system component.

Toshiba says that the Windows 8.1 is not supported on Satellite A660 series.
    What does that mean?
This means that Windows 8.1 drivers are not released by Toshiba.

I assume that you have installed drivers in your own hand and probably one of the drivers causing the BSOD.

  • Portege M200 - problem installing Windows Xp - BSOD

I recently got 2 computers Portege M200 laptops, but previous users had wiped the hard drive.
So now im trying to install windows Xp via cd-rom drives externel accompanying.
But when its load to the top of the windows Xp cd it gives me a BSOD somewhere near the end of loading the CD (it always stops on 'Setup starts windows').

Now, I thought that this could be a hard drive problem, so I have a drive hard "nine", but this still does not work (this problem exists on two laptops).

Now im wondering if theres some sort of special installation process or something of the sort for the M200?

I hope someone can help me with my problem.
    Thank you... DG

    Hi mate,

What version of Windows XP you are trying to install? Windows XP Professional or Tablet edition? You have the available recovery? If Yes, then you should use it :)

If not, you should check if there could be maybe something with the Tablet thing. It s just a hint, so I'm sorry that I Don t have a real good solution...

    Good luck

  • Start the upgrade to Windows 7 BSOD

Satellite L300 was running Vista 32 sweet as a nut, never any problems. Upgrading to 7 and twice in the last few weeks have had an error at startup 'Page in the nonpaged area failure'. The Startup Repair utility was not able to fix it, but ok after system startup.

Journal displays all tests OK except:

    Root cause found:
    ---------------------------
    Unknown error checking: bugcheck 50. Parameters = 0 x 0, 0x931f2493, 0x9d789000, 0 x 0.

Repair action: repair and checking the integrity of system files
    Result: failed. Error code = 0 x 490

No change in hardware/software/updates or the failure of the system before the startup problem.

I would normally think RAM may be suspect, but it seems more likely given the totality of the circumstances that it is Windows 7 that is at fault.

    Any thoughts?

Hmm. It of always difficult to say what could be the reason for the BSOD
Above all it s related to a software or hardware problem

I google a bit and result: failure. Error code = 0 x 490 appears also running Vista OS.
So it s not associated with Win 7 only

Maybe it s RAM as you suggested you can try to use only a single module of RAM for test purposes

  • Windows 8 on my Acer C710 chromebook?

can I install windows on my Acer C710 chromebook 8? There access google chrome OS.

    Not immediately.

From this moment, the only other operating system that can be installed on the Acer C710 is ChrUbuntu, a modified version of Ubuntu. This makes the usable Chromebook and does not rely on the cloud for all services.
In my view, that an installation of Windows will soon be possible, as I and many others have tried to unlock the material of this great little machine. This would require a BIOS flash, which is not going to be possible at this time on this Chromebook, but is possible on others such as the CR-48.
I hope that my data has helped to answer your questions.
