  I came across your post where you are unable to print from the iPad after iOS update. I would like to help.

  Please refer to this article http://hp.care/2bSjSnW , he explains how to use AirPrint and also troubleshooting steps to solve the problems with it.

  Recommend that you remove the printer from the iPad, and then reconnect the printer on the iPad. (Display settings and select Wi - Fi, if the printer is listed, click on the i on the right side of the printer that there are listed and select forget this network/printer.) And reconnect the printer)

  Restart the router, printer, and iPad. I'm sure you could have already tried this.

  Also, look for the printer firmware updates (if applicable, on www.hp.com/drivers) and also check if there are other updates released by Apple via iTunes.

  Remove the HP all-in - One Printer remote app on the iPad and reinstall it.

  I recently updated to IOS 9.3 and OS x 10.11.4. Since these updates, I had difficulties to send SMS.  iMessages forward vigorously. But I often get errors failure-to-send three and four times in a row when trying to send an SMS message longer than one short sentence. NOTE: I'm announcing this issue in section OS X El Capitan, but this applies to generated no SMS messages only on my iMac, but also on my iPhone 6 and iPad Air2, with 9.3 updated IOS updated.

  I have friends with non-Apple devices I have text frequently. Before the latest updates, my SMS messages would pass them quickly. Not now.  I don't know how to make Apple aware of this situation. I sent a direct message to @AppleSupport on Twitter. Not sure how that will be effective.

• Unknown error what iOS update

  Hi, I have an iPad 2 16 GB (Wi - Fi + 3 G). I've never used it because I have an iPad. 10 days back I thought to upgrade, it's OS and use it.

  He had iOS 4.3.3 there is no option to download updates OS for the device itself. I connect it to iTunes, download latest iOS (9.2.1) but I could not be updated.

  Whenever I try to update, it shows an unknown error. I tried to update on 3 different computers (2 PC and a MacBook Pro), I have the latest version of iTunes installed on these computers all three.

  iPad is also on the recovery mode, I can't use it. I tried a hard reset but it happened again in recovery mode.

  What should I do now?

  Hey Peter,

  I understand that you found an unknown error while trying to upgrade from your iPad with iTunes 2. Now it is stuck in so recovery mode, let's see if we can get this sorted out.

  The first thing to look at is when you get the unknown error, it's that it is usually followed by a number. The restoration again trying to see what number comes up and then read the article below to match the associated port number. It will probably be a problem with the network, security software or even may be a hardware problem with your iPad.

• HP update notifications

  I get the occasional pop ups on my HP Windows PC. The pop-up will show you an update from HP is available. It says "you want to download and install the updates now?  Very nice... but... There is no provision of this HP window click Yes or no. In addition, the only way to close this window pop is to restart my PC.

  I call support on this strange issue. After several minutes, the agent told me that there is a problem with Dell. My HP printer was not purchased from Dell. It was purchased from Staples. The support updating indicator is HP.

  All I can say is that it was strange support for a simple question on this HP update notification and why it does not work.

  Any comments from anyone? Maybe I'm the only one with this strange happening. Who knows? If I get more update these pop up offers from HP, I'll just ignore it and restart.

  Thanks for your reply. After that I posted this question in this forum, I was able to finally make the phone contact with a supervisor manager at HP support. As it is, my printer is not supported in more software updates, and I was directed to the Windows Control Panel and delete the file "HP Update" that there are listed. The supervisor said that will put an end to these operations update which really would not work in all cases because of the age and printer HP em on my all-in-One 6310 some time. No more concerns.

  I have an iPad Mini 1st generation 64 GB WiFi model, which is stuck in a boot loop. It worked very well with iOS 8.4.1 build 12: 321. I upgraded to iOS9.2 build 13 c 75, but many of my applications were not charged despite having used iTunes with a local backup/restore my MacBookPro (mid 2010 13 "El Capitan running). I then tried to restart the device and decided to do a complete restore of the system via iTunes. While I was doing my system recovery/restore when downloading the iOS that my connection from Time Warner Cable is out for me (as it has particular fact for a lot of people in my area at this time as ISP). My iPad is now stuck in a loop of starting up with the Apple logo showing and then it restarts. I get the iTunes error 4005 and have tried all the things listed on the support page for this error, but also to take it to my local Genius Bar. I am still convinced that this error is entirely software related and because of recent changes with how Apple sign their iOS IPSW to install the OS on their devices.

  Apple support, if you read this answer please with a time table for when you create a way for which authorized users can re-sign borked iOS devices and get them running again so they are not left with a brick or a $ $ "repair" which is actually a replacement $100. Also, feel free to send me an email if you want to discuss this issue separately. I understand that privacy and security are involved in it so I want to respect that you can and it will solve as needed even if it is in a public forum).

  Yet once again, I assure you that this error is by no fault of mine and am fairly certain that the problem lies in the iCloud of Apple and/or Apple authentication for devices processes. I can't be the only one dealing with this issue, and I would be interested to see if others on this community have similar problems. Please post here if you do, because I think that most messages will help Apple to understand how many people need a real resolution of this issue.

  Apple, this can only arise under a problem while iOS updates roll faster and the update is practically necessary. (I have an iPhone 6 and 3 both Mini iPad and I leave them on iOS 9.2 instead of iOS 9.2.1 hoping to find a solution to this particular problem). Update alerts come to me at least every day. I continue to say no, and you're getting pretty annoying. I would like to know that there is a little more stability in environments before upgrading.

  Apple support do not go to see this and to provide you with anything whatsoever. I have a Mini 16 GB iPad, who owns the iOS 9.2.1. The issue that caused your boot loop isn't the iOS, but internet disruption admitted that you had. What happened when you brought the device to your Genius Bar appointment? Apple has not any changes to the way they sign their updates to iOS, what would make you think that?

  To be honest, I don't expect the iPad Mini (1st generation) for more updates, but this is my opinion. While mine is a few problems with multitasking, I hope it's because the processor and the most recent iOS. There comes a point difficult to manipulate this need for the processor.   If your iPhone 6 is stuck during startup, try the following steps from your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch does not respond or won't turn on:

  If your device turns on but hangs when starting

  You can see a blue or Red Apple logo screen for a long time during early upward. Try the following steps:

  1. Connect your device to a computer and open iTunes. If you don't have a computer, you can borrow one, or go to an Apple Store or service provider authorized Apple for help.
  2. When your device is connected, force it to restart. Press and hold buttons sleep/wake and Home at the same time. Don't release when you see the Apple logo. Keep now until you see the Recovery mode screen.

     

  3. When you have the ability to restore or update, choose update. iTunes will try to reinstall iOS without erasing your data.

     

  iTunes will download the software for your device. If it takes more than 15 minutes, your device will exit Recovery mode and you need to repeat steps 2 and 3.

  After every ios update and a reboot there is old on my iphone and ipad photo albums that I deleted a long time ago (I created these albums if you use iphoto, but I deleted them on my mac after I went to photos). To my knowledge, there is therefore no these albums on my mac more. The app iphoto and iphoto library have been entirely removed from my Mac. So, where did they come from?   It seems you see sync photo albums on your iOS device that you removed from your iPhoto and Photos for the libraries of Mac. One of the possible reasons for the behavior you see, it's the folder iPod Photo Cache is created when you synchronize your phone always contains the information for these photos. The following Knowledge Base article proposes in-depth measures to remove this folder, in effect, resetting so that it is created again the next time that you sync photos to your device.

  On the folder for Cache Photo iPod

  Delete this folder does not remove the original images in your library, and the file will be recreated the next time you sync photos with your iPhone, iPad or iPod.

  The location of this folder depends on the synchronization options you select in iTunes. In iTunes, if you change the selection in the menu synchronize Photos, it will create a folder iPod Photo Cache (and the previous record will remain).

  Photos, iPhoto or Aperture

  If you're syncing from a photo, iPhoto or Aperture library, follow the steps below to find the folder iPod Photo Cache in its default location:

  1. From the Finder, choose go > home of the bar menu at the top of your computer screen. If you have moved your library of Photos, iPhoto library or Aperture library to a different location, go to this location.

  I noticed that, after the recent 4.4.4. Update, my notification light is not bright when I get a text or VM. I have my active screen power off and volume down to vibrate.

  I didn't know that Ultra and Maxx had even a notification light when the phone is turned on. I know that there one for when the phone is turned off and is used for notifications from the battery, but not for texts. Are you sure you have seen a notification on the phone light? I have never seen one on my Maxx. I hope this helps.

• How to stop notifications from Microsoft on software trying to make changes to my computer?

  I get a notification from Microsoft of software trying to make changes to my computer in a box pop up constantly from the Windows Technologies of the user folder.  I continue to by clicking 'NO', but it appears ups like 30 seconds or more.  I thought that if I clicked on no, he should stop doing it.  Anyone know how to fix this?  I know I don't want to disable this notification, because I don't want all the changes or updates made without my knowledge.  Pls help.
