  Hey this is KieConfused answer to my own problem. After all a straight 24 hours of constant fiddling done everything I read on without success, I finally understand how to restore the ability to open my programs (applications). I read all the different means like the system restore and guests of order and same EXE by typing in the Control Panel folder options, but none of this has worked. However, I found this site http://www.dougknox.com/xp/file_assoc.htm. He has a list of all the file associations you might need. I'm 18 years old and figured this out me so I believe that most amateurs could do. Since I had problems with applications (.exe) I chose the difficulty of EXE file Association and just opened and he ran and after executed selection and then run again in the next menu (I could have done more but that is pretty much it; just keep clicking on program run or anything like that) and INSTANTLY without having to restart my computer everything worked :) I STRONGLY SUGGEST TRYING THIS FIRST BECAUSE I TRIED EVERYTHING, I READ HERE THAT I COULD FIND AND IT WAS VERY COMPLICATED, AND NONE OF IT HAS WORKED, EXCEPT THIS.   Unfortunately, this is part of the limitation of the scan Mode. You can basically think of scan mode as a train that toured all the modules collects data and it falls on the drive and there is only 1 train for the entire system and it runs at a speed (scanning speed). The fact train one passes each interval of scanning speed, so if you want to produce a train of pulses to a little less than 1 kHz you will get aliasing. However, cRIO should unplug any, I don't know what the problem is here, but it seems closely related.

  There are two solutions to this problem, but the two would require changes.
  1. you can avoid all these problems and the resolution time get down to a 25ns (or less) If you set the mode FPGA. We can use the existing code of NI.com/IPnet to implement a pulse generator to train with the custom calendar settings and pulse on any module.

  2. some modules support digital modes specialized, making essentially a pre-built section of the FPGA code (in scan mode) that support some common functions such as Pulse Width Modulation. With these modules, you can request a rate (which will update at 1 kHz)-specific, but the actual timetable for the module is managed at the hardware level. There are only a few modules that support it, and they are listed in the link below.

• Scanning/block Stripchart mode does not not in 2010

  These two modes on the strip chart control stopped working in my 2010 Update software.  Continuous mode still works.  I even loaded the example or 'autoscaling.cws' which uses a control chart of the band and changed it by default to scan instead mode continuous... it does not work either.

  I suggest you try to install the updates to the clean boot. Clean boot helps eliminate conflicts of software that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows.   problem solved. The reason was function RT Set Date and TIme.vi what casues on NOR-9144 error and blocked EtherCAT communication. I found that this function is no longer supported in LabVIEW. After the removal of this feature of application of RT, everything works fine.

• Presario stuck in Mode without failure.

  I have a Presario SR5262NX new in November 2007, stuck in safe mode: Intel Pentium Dual Core E2160, 1.80 GHz; Cache L2 1 MB; 2 GB OF RAM; 320 GB DD; Vista Home Premium (32 bit); updated for FSP 550W PSU and GeForce 9600GT video card.

  The PC is not usually online but I packed it and he brought with me on a trip to visit his family, where I have the opportunity to be online for a while and download Windows, drivers, and updates of games.  First thing I did when I'm online was to download and subscribe to Norton 360 Ver.3.  He ran a full scan and did his thing in the background very well for a few weeks.  I left the computer on and online during the night two or three times for big downloads.  Last night, I downloaded and installed an update of Realtek HD audio driver from the HP site.  As I did I noticed that the Norton logo at the top of the sidebar gadget was red and said Fix.  Thought I would look into that as soon as I completed the update of the driver.  As the update is complete, it restarted the PC.  When the start-up has passed BIOS, then the bar travel brands MS and entered the momentary blackout before MS ball logo and the password of the user window, he remained darkened without progressing further.  However, the number lock indicator lit up as he usually does automatically as a convenience to type the password.  That's all.  No response to Ctrl-Esc or Ctrl-Alt-Delete.  Can only stop by pressing the power button.

  Since then I could not initialize in everything except in safe mode.  I think I might have a virus, but Norton doesn't scan in safe mode.  I went to the last recovery point and good recovery nothing is done before that, also without any change in the startup problem.  In PC-Doctor (the hardware bootable diagnostic diskette), the PC passes all tests diagnostic equipment (except the failed on start).  There is no available startup repair.  The OS installation disc is in a hard disk partition.  I tried the command 'bootrec /fixboot' in the command line, but 'bootrec' is not recognized.

  I really want to fix this without doing a system recovery to factory settings.  I've done it before and it's a hassle.  And I'm not sure he would get rid of the virus, if it is the problem.  I'm middle-aged, and what I know about computers, it's just that I learned by bumbling along.  I hope that it is a simpler solution than to start.  Any help will be appreciated.  Thank you.

  Hello, I have been using Avira anti-virus on my computer for the past two years with no problems.  I run a scan on my computer every day and noticed problems with it a few days ago.  The analysis would be about 21% when he would stop scanning and freeze my computer.  The RAM would be also be maxed out at 100%, and I need to restart the computer manually.  When I ran the scan in safe mode, it worked fine, but then continued to not work when the computer is not in safe mode.  I would also get a security alert Windows telling me that Windows did not antivirus software on this computer.  I tried to do a system restore which goes back to the day before the problem started to happen with the scan, but I still have the same problem.  I tried to uninstall the program again, but I get the message: Setup could not determine feature control file, or was not able to read it properly the. I also received a message about CCPLG. XML. I don't know what to do at this point or what was wrong in the first place with my antivurus software, but I feel that I continue to do worse with everything I want to do about it.  If you can offer any help with this problem, it would be much appreciated.  I have to go to work now, so I'll check tomorrow and hope that someone decided to go back to me.  Thank you.

  Method 1: Check if you can run the scan in safe mode without in all questions
