  How do you delete user accounts? Is it just C:\Dosument and settings users or accounts under the control panel? If you don't want to keep all these account data, you can try to delete the profile of click Start-> settings-> Control Panel-> system-> Advanced-> user profile and select the profile and remove. Also check under 'User accounts' in the control panel to remove the names of users.

• Qosmio X 500-058: no recovery after plugging screen down when the HDMI port is used

  When I connect my new Qosimo X 500 - 058 to monitor external (with the help of an HDMI to DVI converter cable), everything works well until the power of Windows application options off the monitor.

  Once this has happened, the screens don't wake up and stays black.
  The PC were not crushed, and if you press Ctrl-Alt-Delete, you get the normal menu options.

  But if you press Cancel, or lock, and then enter the password, the screens go black again.
  This problem does not occur if I remove the HDMI cable and use only the laptop screen.

  I found that if you select the option change user after pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del monitors come back to life after a lot of glitter, if at least I don't have to re-boot each time. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I trouble shoot this?

  Hi Pierre,.

  The general consensus of opionion is that the battery must be removed from the laptop when used on AC power (unless the battery is being charged of course) in order to increase the autonomy of the battery.

  My personal experience, however, is that there is little difference to the State of my battery I remove or leave it in place. Charge electronics cuts the power to the battery when it is fully charged so leaving in place should not cause this injury. I think it's easier to leave it in place and let the electronics get on with it.

  The battery is normally held in place with a small spring clip that must be pressed you one side to allow the battery to remove.

  The settings I gave you will achieve what you want.  When the PC is idle for the period indicated in the screen saver, the PC crashes and when you move the mouse or press a key to try to resume will show your user icon and you won't not resume until you have clicked on the icon.

  You can configure the PC to sleep instead of indulging in idle screen.  If this is what you want then substitute another step 1: -.

  1 the active {power plan} change plan settings, power, options change plan settings advanced, sleep, sleep after - choose a delay for battery & current alternative.

  To simplify your code, I highly recommend getting rid of the outer sequence structure.  Stacked sequence structures serve generally to cause new problems to users, and sequence variables compound which.  If you want the code to run before the main States are called, you can have a status of initializing in your state machine and do be more manageable.

  I have the exact same laptop HP 15-f010dx with exactly the same problem. I bought mine about 4 weeks ago. When its plugged I routinely get download 15, 5-14 Mbps. But when its unplugged I was getting only 1 to 2 Mbps download speed. I constantly receive almost 2Mbps on the path upstream, regardless the fact that its on battery or plugged in (I used a website called calc speed test.net speeds.) As an aside, Mydesktop PC is also get 15Mbps download speed.)

  I tried to change to High Performance power management, disabled a bunch of Add-ons and descended from SpyBot (who has found a bunch of independent problems) these steps has not fixed the problem.

  I saw the post from MechPilot on this topic. I did the steps there suggested to uncheck the network adapter power management, do a DNS flush & reset TCP/IP. Then I rebooted. These measures have certainly an improvement. I'm download speeds in the range 10-15Mbps on battery. These speeds are still not as good as the 15Mbps I get when its plugged in. But its still 5 times faster than yesterday. I can live with that, but I guess I'll give it another day or two to see if the performance improvement continue.

  I hope that the flush of the DNS and TCP/IP reset will fix the problem long term, although the nature of the networks may require a repeat from time to time. If you empty the DNS or reset the TCP/IP settings frequently, you may need to update the firmware of your router, or have your router manufacturer to take a peek.

  Had problems with the 4 video editing k with an old laptop i5 with memory on board and recently bought what I thought would be a better laptop computer editing video.  The ASUS GL552VX laptop has a 6700 CPU i7, a solid state drive OS, 16 GB of RAM and a NVIDIA GTX 960 video m with 4 GB memory card

  Unfortunately I had problems frustrating edition of 4 videos k on the ASUS and export to 4 k with my new Setup.  It seems to work well with 1080 media

  When I try to export the edited 4 k media on the timeline, it will not be saved or export but indicates simply is to save but a 4 minute video is same not start saving /rendering, not to mention export after an hour.  Finally, I thought that was my success today, but he ceased to save 93% during the export.

  When reviewing similar since 4 k problems posted on this forum, our expert resident, Romano advises that the 960 M will not help with first items 14 and that the NVIDIA card can actually cause a problem because the second mother 'onboard' Council on the ASUS video card.  There is little other info on it except a mention that power off of one of the video cards may be useful.

  Three things or a combination did the trick!  Note: I had put previousll to update the drivers through driver latest ASUS Web site post utility, but read that drivers should always be downloaded directly from the manufacturer's Web sites.

  Video test 4K have been edited in Prem El and exported to 4 k without a hitch.
