  56 is the time-out. This will depend on your remote service if this should be considered as error or ignored. If it is a server application, it should certainly be able to respond within the time limit. But if your host application is the server and the remote application is the client it is very common to receive a time-out error when querying the client if it has new data to send.

  Order the examples mentioned previously, they really give you a good idea on how TCP/IP network communication must all work, even if there is still a lot to improve to create a truly reliable connection. But start from there come back if you get into trouble.

  I don't think that there is a simple way to do this.

  However, if you create a different groupname for the user who needs a static IP address, I think you should be good to go

  So what you need to do, create a new pool of addresses. Make the start and end ip address be the same (this is the address to which you want to assign to the VPN user)

  Configure another ipsec on the router group and bind the new pool to this group

  Ask your VPN client to connect to this group

  Finally I found the solution to the problem...

  I used ConnectionFactory (network API) to connect to the TCP server and the used connection string is just

  'socket://127.0.0.1:8089 '.

  No need to specify the APN, user name, and password.

  Here's the code used
