  Thank you for your reply sunshyn. I have corrected the problem. Apparently I had downloaded the 6500AE710n-z printer software and not my model which is the 6500AE710a-f. The only reason why I thought it was because of trial and error, because there is no ID on or in the printer out of 6500 a on the front.
