Access to the system path

Hello

I'm trying to access the filesystem space, temporary / persistent and I am able to create folders in the same and create a set of files also.

but when I try to access local://temporary// directly as a link in my HTML, but I am not able to do.

no idea what is the problem here? How can I achieve access to the same works in all platforms like Android/IOS and Windows. Why to BB10 it does not work? Can u please explain?

Hello

There is no persistent or temporary path that is consistent between all platforms of Cordova. The property nativeURL of the FileEntry you will get the correct path.

Here is an example of downloading an image, save in a persistent storage and then access via an img tag:

https://gist.github.com/bryanhiggins/1551ba15e9049b128fd5

You will need org.apache.cordova.file > = 1.1 and the following in the file config.xml for the example works:

    http://cordova.apache.org" />

  • denied access to the c: drive and all the mistakenley of windows programs.i refused my access to the system to my c: drive

    Hello

This afternoon, I tried to install the home group. When I did, I got a message that windows could set up homegroup for this pc. (I'm not sure if this is relevant, but it's the last thing I did with windows before my problems started).
-At the moment when I try to go to c:\, I get an access denied message.
-When I go on c:\Users\Patrick then it shows my files and the directory.
-When I opened a word from this directory document, it works (so I have read access).
-I can't make a new folder in my home directory.
-When I start for the mmc instance get Windows cannot access... 0x800704b3 error code after diagnose I get an error that convenience store could not start error code 0 x 80070005. (it happens with all windows utilities.
-When I start safe mode it restarts after a few seconds (after he show users)
-When I try to activate the account administrator to the command prompt it says access denied.
-When I try to access the settings with the UAC, it does not.
-When I start a normal program (like VS2008) it starts up, when I do as an administrator I get the same error that when im from the mmc.

I have my PC from Vista

Homegroup only works for Win7, Win7. So I don't know what you were doing. Try a system restore to before that you did whatever it is that you did. You can start with your Vista DVD and access to restore the system from there. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

  • Delete old information that require access to the SYSTEM

I did a reinstall of Windows 7 Pro and a "Windows.old" folder appeared in the new folder "Windows".  I have already moved all the information I needed out of the Windows.old folder, and now I need to delete since it takes 20 GB of space with redundant data.  Whenever I try to delete the file (as all codes are now also in the 'Windows' file), the system tells me that I can not because the SYSTEM will not allow it.  I tried to change the permissions for everyone to be able to do something with this file, but whenever I try to delete it, it fails.  How can I get rid of this file?

Use the Disk Cleanup Wizard.  Make sure you check the cleaning system files.

  • Network Wontwork (har har) - advice on access to the system, and Javascript files.

I'm on a Windows 7 computer. We are connected to a network that belongs to us but administered by a third party. Some time ago, I had learned that Javascript does not have file system tasks. Now the question is how do I overcome this obstacle? Does this mean that I should really just learn VBS instead of Javascript because of the functionality of the VBS OFS? I used a lot of MS products in any case if this is maybe the best route.

In any case for the time being I'm not to learn a new programming language then I wonder how other people have worked around this issues. What I do is push metadata in InDesign files throughout our network. At this point, I am considering the following workflow:

    (1) open the file (s) with a batch script, know how much I can handle maximum without breaking InDesign or my PC.

    (2) manually, run the script of metadata.

    (3) repeat the step until the end of the file list. (9637 files)

How can I clean cela a bit (BOUQUET!)? And how it would be difficult to move between VBS and JS, have the JS and VBS to get it done?

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated,

    I'm glad you solved.

In case it was not altogether clear, (not sure), [a] the reason [s] failed:

    var f = 'C:\users\kstaples\desktop\core_indd\CEPE04200_CH1. INDD.

Script alert... = / UserskstaplesDesktopCore_INDDCEPE03200A1_001.indd, no wonder that InDesign could not open the file

Is because the backslash is an escape character Javascript string, allowing you to use, for example, \n to represent a newline, \t for a tab, etc.. If you want a literal backslash in your string literal, you should double it. So:

    var f = "C:\\users\\kstaples\\desktop\\core_indd\\CEPE04200_CH1.INDD";

should do the trick. (Even if it is possible what InDesign does a backlash leader or forwardlash or something before the drive letter, I'm not really sure.)

  • Satellite M70-129: user password controls access to the system at boot

    Hello

    1. from Toshiba Assist (password utility) I put the supervisor with string (text boards) owner password and then I put the user with chain owner password. But during startup BIOS only prompt you for the user password and his Rosary of owner. User mode many BIOS options are disable including the HW installation option.

    2. when I click on Toshiba HWSetup, he invites supervisor password. But if I get the supervisor (not 100% sure) password, it says invalid password. I also tried to change the Toshiba supervisor password, password help utility but failed.

    3. in the meantime due to virus attack, I had to reformat my laptop with Toshiba Recovery CD, sacrifice all my data. I bought this laptop in a few months.

    4. How can I completely remove the BIOS supervisor password and user. Help, please.

    Hello Anas

You are right. If there is no possibility to remove the password, the service partner for this but it costs a bit.

Otherwise I put t agree with you on the common problem on Satellite models, because it is a very serious thing and I really t think Toshiba may allow something like that to happen. If it's truth can you imagine what turbulence will be on the market, or perhaps to the press. I put t really believe in this theory.

    Bob Moyer

    Hi Bob,

Hope you don't mind that I edited your subject to make it more easy to find.

Yet another "feature" of Windows 8 is the difficulty of access to the system configuration. Here is the procedure.

Go to PC settings, general tab, scroll down, and under Advanced Startup, select Restart now. From the options which appear, select troubleshooting, and then on the UEFI firmware settings.

I think that F2 still works, but the moment is so delicate, you're going to lose a lot of time trying to do it this way.
