ACCOUNT DEBITED TWICE FOR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION

I recently went online to buy another annual subscription with my email/student discount. However, my account has been charged for the full price of a subscription without the discount until a few days ago. I need to get in touch with adobe ASAP, if anyone knows how to get this second indictment refunded.

InDesign CC says 'Trial expiré' even if I already paid for annual subscription Plan

Anyone encountered before? I downloaded a trial version of InDesign CC and after the expiry of the trial period, I bought an annual Plan (monthly payment). I got the email that the payment has gone through successfully. My Adobe account page, I also see that I now have the subscription to InDesign CC.
But I still can't use the app. He continues to say "trial has expired". And when I clicked that, it gives me a message: "we couldn't find Adobe InDesign CC subscription associated with this Adobe ID 2015."
Contacted the Adobe Support via Chat which is very frustrating. I was told there's a team working on this file in offline and back within 2 working days.

Apparently think Adobe deaf or hard of hearing do not use their products, otherwise why would they insist on call of their hotline.
Is it in contravention of the Disability Discrimination Act (UK) or the equivalent in US.
My question is simple, why did you make 2 payments on my account.

A few days ago, my Photoshop trial ended. So, I paid for annual subscription which includes Photoshop and Lightroom.
The payment is completed, as shown in the email Adobe sent me. (I used the same email I used to log cloud creative).
I open the Photoshop application again and clicked the licenced software. But he says that he has a subscription.

Is Hotmail more still need to pay an annual subscription for?
I had an account hotmail for years and long ago started paying an annual subscription to get more Hotmail; mainly for extra storage and no expiration of the account. Hotmail is still available for new subscribers? Specifically made hotmail more give much advantage over a subscription / non-free hotmail or live.com email address?
The following link has a comparison to halfway down the page that says 5 GB vs 10 GB (but both grow so do not know what that really means). I moved from one country to the other and my account had changed with the help of the Adobe support team because it was impossible to do it on my own (couldn't change the country myself).
