  Anyone encountered before? I downloaded a trial version of InDesign CC and after the expiry of the trial period, I bought an annual Plan (monthly payment). I got the email that the payment has gone through successfully. My Adobe account page, I also see that I now have the subscription to InDesign CC.

  But I still can't use the app. He continues to say "trial has expired". And when I clicked that, it gives me a message: "we couldn't find Adobe InDesign CC subscription associated with this Adobe ID 2015."

  Contacted the Adobe Support via Chat which is very frustrating. I was told there's a team working on this file in offline and back within 2 working days.

  I had an account hotmail for years and long ago started paying an annual subscription to get more Hotmail; mainly for extra storage and no expiration of the account.  Hotmail is still available for new subscribers?
