ACE Management Server Appliance username and password?

Hi there, I am trying to ACE Management Server Appliance to work which is provided with VMware downloads once I configured the network using the username 'network' he asks me to connect to host? I tried everything but nothing someone can tell me what is the username and password for this administrator.

    I'm using Outlook 2002 on the XP Pro operating system.

    There are four machines at this place and all suffer from the same problem.  I use a LinkSys RVS4000 router.  The previous Linksys router has also had the same problem so I replaced, thinking he can correct the problem, he didn't.
    Troubleshooting:
    a. I am able to recreate the account on another machine to a different place and it works.
    b. I can take an account of my machine, create in this place and it will not work.
    c. accounts deleted and created a new, did not
    d. has replaced the router to the place with a new Linksys router
    e. contacted support for ISP, (Time Warner), they accuse the hosting company
    d. contacted support for hosting of the company (HostCentric) they blame the ISP
    c. confirmed username and passwords are correct.
    e. There are 4 machines in this place with different addresses.  All started having this problem/error the same day within hours
    f. may receive emails cannot be sent.

    For several updates recent Firefox all my usernames and passwords (stored in password manager) disappear. I was able to recover them by exchanging one or more of the three files to a previous version ('Key3db', 'Logins.json' and 'Prefs.js') until this WHAT THE LAST THREE OR FOUR updates. This patch no longer works and I hesitate so far. I would like to know... a) this bug has been fixed?
    (b) if it is not, how can I keep my ID & password somewhere else so I can quickly re - install, or at least see them in a list so I can manually copy all back in?
    (c) how to prevent a pop-up annoying telling me to update to FireFox (other than by the update)?

    I used FireFox with happiness for many years, but this problem is very annoying and I am looking to change (with great reluctance) to another browser if an other update loses all usernames and passwords, and I have to re - install an older version to get back them.

    I use DW8 under Windows XPsp2 and have been for some time. I tried to remove and reinstall the application removal and repair the DW8 registry entries, but none of these tactics have worked. The site is the homepage for my Department on the company's intranet, so that I work, and they have enabled a new virtual private network.     I'm an intern in a manufacturing company who hired me to do a series of tutorials using Captivate.  The goal is to have a handful of employees (scattered throughout the world) to be able to go to the company Web site and take the tutorials & quizzes that I do.  I played with the advanced options vary a bit to get a feel for them, but I'm not finding what I need.  The employee that the company chooses to take these courses online should be able to sign in with a username and a password for a page that contains the courses listed there.

    Should I get our server/Web site managers to code all this, or is it easier (and it would make more sense) to make a presentation of Captivate referring to a list of the specific company e-mail address and allows them only these email address to have a user name and password created for her.  From this point, once the user connects, they see hyperlinks to the online course, they need to take.

    If you disable cookies sites can't remember more and you need to connect once more.

    You will always have the passwords in the Profile Manager if you saved it.

    • Tools > Options > Security: passwords: "saved passwords" > "show passwords".

    Websites to remember you and automatically log you in are stored in a cookie.

    • Create a cookie exception allow to keep these cookies, especially for secure websites and when the cookies expire when Firefox is closed.
    • Tools > Options > privacy > Firefox will be: "Use the custom settings for history" > Cookies: Exceptions

    You can leave the cookies expire when you close Firefox. Then you continue with an exception allow cookies. If you disable the cookies manually then all specified cookies are deleted, including cookies with an exception to allow.

    I understand now. You are in the built-in Web server and can't access the Admin settings.     It lacks a lot of useful info, but I'll make a lot of assumptions...  First, I'll assume that you share a folder on a Windows XP computer and not a network (NAS) storage device.  Secondly, I will assume that this XP machine not use XP Home and XP Pro.  Finally, I'll assume that "Simple file sharing" has been disabled on this machine.

    In those circumstances, the rules allowing to authenticate the sharing machine go something like this:

    1. If the serving machine file has the same username and password as the user, then the connection is established without command prompt and the user authenticates as himself and has appropriate access
    2. If the machine portion of the file has the same user name, but the password is not the same, the connection is refused.
    3. If there is no user on the service machine, and that the guest account is active (and not passworded), then the user authenticate as 'Guest' with no other guests.
    4. If the 'Guest' user is not active on the file-hosting of the machine, then a username / password screen appears for a valid identification for the host computer.

    So, it would seem that sometimes you are down to #4.  So to avoid this, make sure that something in steps 1, 2 or 3 is true.  Note that if Simple file sharing is enabled on the file serving machine, then all connections to authenticate as a 'Guest' account - which implies that all people will always connect in the same way what is expected by your 'sometimes' in the subject line.
