  I worked on my pen-brother 5720Z Acer and I read that the chipset is limited to 2 GB. I upgraded to 2 in 2009. I want to confirm that there is no way to pass to 4 GB (3.5 inches with W7 32 bit OS).   the maximum amount specified for this machine memory is 2 GB and 4 GB not but you can try it with 2x2gb modules.

  With regard to your graphics: Don t use the nvidia driver since it is not suitable for mobile graphics chipsets and has no timing in the driver that is needed to run flawlessly.

  You can install any combination of RAM you want. It's your laptop.

  However, HP has released the amount of RAM that the motherboard and BIOS support and you are aware of it.
