Acrobat 9 Pro Volume license transfer

Hi all

One of our customers got a new PC and have Acrobat Pro 9 on it. The Acrobat 9 Pro has been activated on the old PC and we use the same license for a new key.

I used Belarc to extract license information, but when I try to use the same license key on the new PC, it says that is not valid.

The license we have is a volume license and it is supposed to auto turn off from the old PC when we put on the new. (correct me if I'm wrong)

And also the disable option is gray on the old PC.

Someone met the same problem before, or advice?

    Your Volume license is still active? If Yes, then you should have access to Volume License Service Center (VLSC) where you can download Windows 7 Professional 64-bit volume license media as appropriate. The same product key used to activate Windows 7 Professional 32 bit should work with the 64-bit version. Everything you change is the architecture.

    If it turns out that your multiple activation keys have been exhausted, then you must contact the Volume License Activation Center:

    FYI everyone on this thread - after confirmation of Sharon volume licenses within the system of licensing (for volume license customers), I activated ESDs for Acrobat 9 Pro and Acrobat X Std.

    I have other seen with this problem but can't find info on how to on this subject.

    I see that I have a license for Adobe Reader 9 Pro Volume within the statement of limited WARRANTY, but when I go to the downloads section, they are not displayed.

    What I have read, I need to contact Adobe to confirm my details and they can fix this for me, but Adobe seem to have disappeared from their best to hide their email addresses of.

    Given that I can't use the cat (from Australia, you are not online when I tried), and the automated phone system made me go through several menus only to tell me that you don't offer phone support for my product, it's my only way to contact Adobe support.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I have a laptop retired and got a new. I have a valid license for Acrobat 9 Pro. It appears in the list of my licenses on the Adobe Web site.

    The installation rejected the license number, so I contacted support. They said that I tried to install a retail version with a volume license, and they sent me to licenses.adobe.com to get a download of volume license. Only Acrobat 9 pro does not appear on the list of downloads available in my account.

    There is an inconsistency here. The list of my licenses on adobe.com says I have a valid license. Tech support says that's a volume license, but it does not appear on my site of volume license. Said technical support so that they can not help me because this product is not supported.

    I'm about to get gypped out of my ability to use what I bought and 'forced' in an upgrade. Is it possible for me to get a download and continue to use it?

    If AA 9 was part of CS, then you will get it by downloading CS, not directly in Acrobat. As we have stated, normally volume licenses are managed by the contact of the company that keeps track of the number of users and others, including the distribution of the software.     For the Volume of software licenses, you can simply uninstall the software because it will not give you any problem activation when you try to install it back. However, we just need to make sure that the EULA is not violated during the installation of the software.

    For a perpetual license (Volume and retail) If you buy a single seat for any software Adobe, you can install it on both machines but cannot be used simultaneously on both machines but rather one at a time.

    Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition will not work in this case, instead use Acrobat Customization Wizard to customize Acrobat Pro XI.
