  I see that I have a license for Adobe Reader 9 Pro Volume within the statement of limited WARRANTY, but when I go to the downloads section, they are not displayed.

  What I have read, I need to contact Adobe to confirm my details and they can fix this for me, but Adobe seem to have disappeared from their best to hide their email addresses of.

  The installation rejected the license number, so I contacted support.   For the Volume of software licenses, you can simply uninstall the software because it will not give you any problem activation when you try to install it back. However, we just need to make sure that the EULA is not violated during the installation of the software.

  For a perpetual license (Volume and retail) If you buy a single seat for any software Adobe, you can install it on both machines but cannot be used simultaneously on both machines but rather one at a time.

  Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition will not work in this case, instead use Acrobat Customization Wizard to customize Acrobat Pro XI.
