Acrobat Pro XI on Win8.1 has stopped working
I bought and you use Acrobat Pro XI (teacher edition) on a Windows 8.1 machine for almost a year (363 days, to be precise) without any problem. I accepted all the updates Acrobat during the year past without any problem and improved Win8 to Win8.1 about two months, again without any problems. Then two days ago, for no reason that I can understand, when I started Acrobat, I received a message that my trial had left to 0 days. Acrobat went very well, so I ignored it (perhaps foolishly), and now Acrobat will launch is no longer at all.
I read the article on the failures of Acrobat in CS6 facility, but I don't have CS6, just Acrobat Pro XI (Teachers' edition).
My software is not a "demo". Any ideas on how to get Acrobat works again?

Please follow the steps mentioned below to solve the issue.t
1) go to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache show all files and hidden folders, and then delete them. (Do not delete the folder).
(2) go to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD show all files and hidden folders, and delete them. () Do not remove the file).
(3) launch Acrobat
(4) sign in using your Adobe id and password.

Adobe Acrobat 9: "license for this product has stopped working" Win7 32 bit
The software says "License for this product has stopped working".
He suggested to contact your system administrator "it's me" or Adobe support "will not talk to me unless I pay them.
.. .or uninstall and reinstall the software. The latter seems not very attractive because it takes a long time to install this program... and memory often does not solve the problem anyway.
So what goes wrong with the license?.. .and how to fix?

Premiere Pro CS6 Mac - second monitor has stopped working
I've been using CS6 configuration dual monitor for a few weeks. I activated the second screen for video playback in the settings and everything worked very well. Now for some reason any the second screen no longer works with Premiere Pro for playing video (it will not preview fullscreen) even if for my second monitor option is checked in the preferences. I makes no changes to my system I know. I really want to understand this because it is quite annoying and frustrating that it worked perfectly for 2 weeks and now it doesn't work at all. (Have restarted system already) Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I spoke with tech support and they were able to help me solve the problem. The solution involved moving my program on the second monitor and then reverse the setting of the option (IE, do the main monitor my monitor reading)... after that, I went it back by moving the program on the primary monitor and set the secondary monitor as my reading screen. Seems to work fine now.

Display problem on the printer. Is this fair?
I would definitely help.
I recommend that you follow the steps below and check if that helps.
- Unplug the power cable from the back of the printer when the printer is on.
- Then without connecting the power cable, press and hold the button for 15 seconds.
- While holding the power button, plug the power cable and keep pressing the power button for more than 5 seconds.
- IF the printer is not powered, restart the printer manually and check if that helps.

OfficeJet pro 8600: double-sided printing has stopped working
I recently had to restore my RT Windows 8.1 running Surface. Before that my printer was working fine. After, I had a problem with documents stuck in print (QC) I finally corrected which but now my documents will not be 2 sided. No matter how many times I select two sides printing in the print dialog box, it will not do it.
When I go to the properties of the drivers it says duplex printing is not installed. I don't know how to enable this option. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver several times. Well Finally, who sets the printer problem, it did not solve duplex printing.
Any help would be appreciated.

In the Control Panel select devices and printers.
Right click on the printer icon 8600 and select printer properties.
Open the device settings tab and set as installed two-sided printing accessory.
Confirm the changes and two-sided printing becomes available.

In fact, I found the culprit. Earlier in the day my Outlook 2016 has stopped working and during my torture with MS support, they take control remote my system to see why. Well this morning I wake up with the thought that they must have done something to fix the problem. So this morning I ran "msconfig" and low and here's what they had disabled several of my startup programs. So after you have reset the boot on 'normal', everything now seems to work.
More technology improves the worst AC... If you know what I mean!

I bought Adobe Acrobat Pro 9. I used it on my computer for years with no problems. Today he gave me the following message: "license for this product has stopped working. Thanks Pat. I was able to solve the problem.
Operating system is Windows 7 Pro, Adobe Acrobat Pro 11.0.07.
I went into the properties file where I've identified that users only have read & execute and read properties, I changed the properties for everyone to full control. Which corrects the problem.
I don't know how the properties changed to just Read & Execute, but there was an automatic update the previous night.

When I install Acrobat 9 Pro on my new Macbook 10.7.4, I get the message "license for this product has stopped working" and it told me to uninstall and reinstall. When I first purchased Acrobat 9 Pro and installed on my old Macbook Air, I had the same problem but I was able to fix it with one of the solutions to http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/error-licensing-stopped-mac-os.html.
However, none of these solutions work or make sense on my Mac version 10.7.4. I have already on live chat with the help of Adobe twice and could not solve the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated! (I also have Premium CS5 installed and it works fine).
Just got off the phone with the help of Adobe and they helped me to solve the problem by cleaning my computer of all Adobe and reinstall files.

We have the program installed on a desktop computer and a laptop computer. I am able to open existing files, but not create new ones on the laptop. I can't do it on the desk.
