  Then, the majority of us who provide assistance here does not work for Microsoft. We are volunteers who give of our time and our knowledge. Therefore, your file number and the name of the person who helped you is of no consequence to us.

  With that, on the way, we will, if we can solve your problem. It is clear from your message and correct me if I'm wrong, that you have a Windows disk that was used to install Windows Xp on your current computer by some technicians where you live.
