  If you don't have the old version installed you will be asked for both the serial number of the previous version and the upgrade.  You must use the correct soap operas when prompted.

  I think that if all 1.1 .nets uninstalling and reinstalling will fix this.

  2. What is the message exact error do you get when you try to install updates?

  I suggest to uninstall all versions of .net Framework completely from your computer by using the removal tool and then try to install .net updates the work of structure.

  Acrobat 9 pro serial number you use is an upgrade by also the installer would not be asked to select the previous (for example, acrobat 8) version.

  Yes, your license allows you to have two facilities activated simultaneously, so if you want to you can have both machines busy and active so that there is a backup should it come in handy.  You can also contact Adobe via chat and ask them to reset your activations so that you have one (or two) released for a new installation.

  First, use the serial number to the right of the download for Windows.

  If you have windows 8, you may need to change the directory to progra ~ 2 on some 64-bit windows systems:

  Sorry to say that you are out of luck.

  Serial numbers came on the cd case. If they aren't there, you have no way to use the program except as a 30 day trial. Adobe CS5 licenses no longer sells.
