  I intend to build a website of an architect (portfolio). Far I only build a website in Muse for me, so I can easily adjust things in the software, but now I do research on the change in the browser and a little scared, that it will be difficult and inconvenient with Muse.

  The answer is simple: you cannot add pages through InBrowserEditing.

  InDesign is not a word processor. If you want a string of blocks of text, you need to add a block of text to the new page, click the out port of the block of text on the previous page and then click in the text frame on the new page. The out port can be seen here (circled in red):

  Do not include the things that you do not want to flow with the text in the text flow. Use a block of text. In addition, you would benefit from an InDesign training.   IM building a website, and I am very great thing back to the entire program adobe muse. I was wondering if someone could help me.

  I am running adobe CS6 fireworks and build a rollover image, containing roll overs and links to sit in my Web site. But I can't seem to import into Muse,

  I export the fire folder to Fireworks, but the .htm file will not open in Muse... What I am doing wrong? Or is this not possible.

  In my view, there is a widget for Muse that. You can find all the widgets in Adobe Muse Widget Directory

  May take a bit to find it because it seems that widget developers are running out of creative ways to name the widgets so that you know what it does. But I'm sure you will find your solution there.

• Adding pages, why they accompany the previous?

  I have create a magazine and when I add 2 pages in the Middle, Indesign fits over them the pages, so I find myself with what looks like a 4 pages, instead of a 2 new pages.  See screenshot.  How can I do these two new pages to sit alone as the rest of the pages?

  I believe you are referring to the rectangles of tile as visitors on the page? not exactly customer database?

  You can add rectangle with different effects with rollover State of mouse and about adding new, you must do this manually in design mode.

• Help adding to the Muse an interactive swf with videos made in InDesign

  I am trying to create a portfolio of my digital work, which includes multi page interactive s .swf since InDesign I want to put on my site.

  I can add the SWF in fine using Place and they deposit functions great unless I have MP4/.flv videos in the swf file and that they will not play in the preview of the Muse or in the browser preview, so there are some periods of white vacuum which is not good!

  Did someone added these files using before Muse? I have a basic understanding of html and FTP language (although I don't know how I'm going to publish my site yet) any advice with this would be greatly received!

  I add this answer / solution for all those who may have the same problem and see what.

  I ended up publishing my site with the option Business Catalyst.

  I then followed the instructions to access the sftp as shown here:

  After scoring in the sftp (I use Filezilla, was already familiar with the program) then I transferred my .swf and .html files in the folder liabilities and more download the resources generated by InDesign folder liabilities IE. / assets/your_indesign_file_name_resources /.

  The question that I lived before I belive was that the .swf file has been refernecing support in the resources folder, but no download via sftp, it did not exist on my site. Muse has no way to have the record or media that she, all is fair in the liabilities top-level folder.

  I had a problem with the size of the file initially to ensure that you do not download more of your franchise (visible on your dashboard of BC).

  This made the videos entirely functional and visible. I hope it's useful for all others with the same question.

  MBM mp3 audios however still do not work, I'm not sure what the problem is with those :/ If anyone can resolve, please comment!

  I can set a link to subdirectory/testpage.html in a page of muse, and it is not marked as an error.

  When I download the page the link works as expected and that it shows testpage.html

  This is not documented anywhere I can find. Since it is not documented, if I use it in my site is likely to be removed in a future version? This is a feature not documented, or is he never considered a bug?

  You can link to any valid address outside your site from a site of Muse generated, if permissions allow.

• Related texts master pages rendered badly in the new Muse Relsase February 2016

  Installed the new Muse February 2016 exit 22/02/2016.  Only on the Master pages, I have style of the texts that are RELATED to other places on my site.  When I SAW in Muse, everything's fine, then when I PUBLISH to Adobe Business Catalyst, some of these texts of Master Pages only are not displayed correctly, specifically now appear in verses BLACK color that I place originally, which in this case was a RED color.   Where is the problem in the Muse or Adobe Business Catalyst?

  Are you preview site in the edge browser? When you preview the page in the browser Muse create a local server to give you the preview in the browser. With the edge browser, there was a reported issue to access the local server.

  My muse pages are highlighted in red, I can't seem to get it off. Same output & reopening muse, creating a new site. nothing. It is highlighted in the margins in a specific area and does not affect the preview or the placement of elements on the page.

  Not sure exactly what you're asking, but if I understand the way I think you are trying to say, and then using the widget ToolTip Composition should work for you.

  OK, so your last post, it seems the widgets are the cause of the problem. Let's see if we can understand why:

  • Have you tried to create a NEW Widget of emptiness of Composition and which fill with new content?
  • Have you tried a full download instead of only changed files?
  • Also can you check with domain host that send you to the right directory, and whether or not they have made changes to the ftp upload?
  • When you export the site in HTML format instead of FTP download and compare the files that are generated in the HTML folder, they are identical to those published via FTP?

  If this does not help, it would be useful that you could provide us some screenshots of errors you are seeing, you use parameters of publication etc. (you can block-out user name and password for security reasons of course).
