  BCC 116 and 117 are called video time out and recover and are associated with the video subsystem.  Most often related to a driver, but they can also be linked to the heat, overclocking and occasionally in powered power supplies.

• New to the cloud, seen many mistakes without response

  Hi, I'm a new user in the cloud, and so far, the experience has been less than stellar. With the help of Adobe Application Manager (the most recent version, you mind), I downloaded all the programs I needed and they ran fine. My first mistake occurred when I tried to update to Photoshop and Illustrator, when I was told the update simply failed.

  A more important problem is that whenever I turn on my computer for the night or it resets unexpectedly on me, all of my Adobe programs lose their paths and simply break. Going in Adobe files in my Local disk drive and start the programs it leads to this error, but for each program, not just Dreamweaver.

I would have appreciated being told that they were clueless about the situation, so I could at least pass and try somewhere else, but this next conversation went on for about half an hour, excluding the long wait, I've experienced.

  As you might be able to say, I started to get excited at the end. In no case is that help me, and it ended only waste my time, leaving me with this big problem yet. It could be a bad contact, but now I have this feeling bitter that my request for support Monday will not be the same.  Can anyone here help me with mistakes? Having to reinstall the Application Manager followed by all my programs (having to uninstall too dead files) on every restart is incredibly tedious and boring, especially if my computer restarts accidentally against my knowledge of updates or something else. I would appreciate help, thank you!

  Make your system restore behave, turn off your virus scanner during install it and keep it to quarantin ing files, run with sufficient user privileges. That's all there is to it.

  The reset Firefox feature can solve a lot of problems in restaurant Firefox to its State default factory while saving your bookmarks, history, passwords, cookies and other essential information.

  I used to see this warning message, and then my does ' t of the web application does not not after this warning (due to DB connection reset).

  It seems that there is a scheduler that checks the DB connection in the container so it pops up this message.

  Yes, something is wrong. That something can be a list of possible sources which if you sit down and try to list them all you would probably forget at least two dozen. Let me quote an answer of EJP stack overflow:

  As you can see very general and it is because there is no direct answer to it. My feeling is that it is a sort of configuration timeout and closing of the database, which can be "the other end" mentioned in the quote.

• How to revive my icon ' Photo's develop adjustments "AND also reset all settings?

  I just formatted my pc and relinked pictures source with the file in my catalog.

  but I quickly realized that my icon ' photo has develop adjustments "disappeared.

  [edit the icon that u see on the lower right part of the image once u.]

  IM able to see Library mode, but I need in my film to process faster.

  Ive played around with many of the settings but can't seem to find it.

  No ONE there knows:

  First of all, how can I revive this button "photo's develop adjustments?

  On the other hand. How can I reset all my lightroom to default settings?

  [it seems that resettin resetting all settings in LR means changes to the photo folder]

  I try to use a time capsule that I have not used for a long time to backup my mac.

  I have adware on chrome and safari that I cannot get rid of (trovi) despite several attempts (extensions, resets etc.)

  I decided to upgrade to el capitan, so that I could use software removal that does not work on Lion, but now I can't save because time capsule gives me "error unexpecetd".

  I have reset the TC and I configured link-local IPv6, but am still having the same problem.

  It is possible that software that you download to help get rid of the adware etc... blocking the work TM... affects a lot of bad a antivirus software on Mac OS. McAfee is one of the worst.

  There is no need to upgrade... but it is necessary to clean install.

  Download and use Carbon Copy Cloner. You can use it for free for a month... I highly recommend you do the backup on a USB key connected to the Mac, so it can be made bootable... and then can be tested immediately.

• Retrieve an unexpected loss to develop LR4 adjustments?

  Hello. I was about to export some photos and realized that I lost all the adjustments to develop over a month, I did. If I go back to a catalog file of ealier at the beginning of October, I see all the settings, but it seems that the pictures have moved (I get an empty thumbnail with the question mark). Couple questions:

  1. Does anyone know why develop adjustments are absent on the photos of all my recent catalogs? I always move my photos in LR.
  2. Is there anyway to 'export' adjustments to develop older catalog and associate them with the correct photos in the new catalogue?

  Just a guess but it kinda looks like you opened a version of your catalog somewhere along the way backup and all the parameters of development finished it?

  In regard to number 2, here is a test, you can try: with only a SINGLE PHOTO selected in the catalog with the parameters develop intact, Hit CTRL (CMD) S to save the metadata to the file. Then in the catalog where lack development settings, select only the SAME PHOTO and read the metadata in the file metadata > read metadata from file. Development settings appear?

  Hi my HP Compact computer running with windows Xp professional recently had security tool, antimelware doctor and I kind of have got rid of him, he also put some viruses on the winlog thing and I could not get rid of it with antivirus software that I don't know the name of, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and AVG 2011 I did a scan antivirus in safe mode with AVG(in command prompt mode) and he put a bunch of virus the virus volt, I'm out there and there was a running called 2008 command prompt and I clicked on output and it says that this program is not complete (or something similar) save all unfinished work before going out and me did not run this command prompt , so I left Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and avg, then I restart my computer and we get the blue screen of death say stop: c000021a {fatal error} unexpectedly finished process windows logon process system with the status of 0xc0000034 (0x00000000) (0x00000000) system will reboot, and whenever it restarts, it says the same thing, I can't use safe mode cause it resets and starts normally any help pls I have files I need this computer?

  You can create a bootable XP Recovery CD of Console and replace the file, but it may be easier for you to make boot CD of a Hren.

  When you start the Hiren's CD, choose the XP Mode of Mini and it has an interface in XP style Explorer where you can find and replace the winlogon.exe suspicious or missing file.

  There should be a copy of winlogon.exe here:

  c:\Windows\System32\dllcache

  Rename your current c:\windows\system32\winlogon.exe file (if it exists) and copy / paste the replacement of c:\windows\system32\dllcache.  If you do not see here, search your HARD drive and find one.  Another possibility (depending on your environment) is c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386, or c:\i386 d:\i386...

  You just need to replace the file winlogon.exe somehow.

  When you are finished replacing, restart as usual (remove the CD bootable of course).

  With the help of Hiren, you can also copy offshore on an external device (USB key or HARD drive), all personal security files.

  What operating system do you use? Yosemite is 10.10, with the last update 10.10.5. El Capitan is 10.11, with the last update 10.11.6.

  Try a reboot.

  Make a backup using Time Machine or a cloning program, to ensure that data files can be recovered. Two backups are better than one.

  Try to set up another admin user account to see if the same problem persists. If back to my Mac is enabled in system preferences, the guest account will not work. The intention is to see if it is specific to an account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.

  Isolate a problem by using a different user account

  If the problem is still there, try to start safe mode using your usual account.  Disconnect all devices except those necessary for the test. Shut down the computer and then put it up after a 10 second wait. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the SHIFT key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear. Startup is considerably slower than normal.
