• CCX 10.6 Finesse. Administration of the directory

  We have currently deployed deployment 10.6 CCX and contact center agents use the customer of Finesse.

  We had several problems with Finesse which allowed us to fix it with amendment of the code with the section of the office layout default XML.

  However, we noted that administrators are only account level which can change the entries in the directory? I would have thought supervisors would be able to exercise this function, but could not find a way to allow reports that it works or it.

  This means that our customer will come to us each time to add/change/remove entries in the phone book, where it is fairly basic for them to have the opportunity to do.

  Someone has a solution for this or is this as expected?

• VCAC 6.1 approval policies tab missing

All the configuration was completed and I am able to use the portal to configure the virtual machine without approval function (Standard license). Now, I got my Advanced license key, but when I add the new license key, there is no policy approval tab (Administrator-> approval policies) is displayed.

  Ideal what I have to do to make it work?

  I understood the problem. I fail to update the license key in vcac device as well. After the update of the key to the time portal VCAC and VCAC device, the tab is displayed after the re-login with tenant / administrator for approval.

  1. No, but you can use the MUD to set different projects so that the developers "check out" the they work on projects. See the links provided on the previous answer.

  2. the guarantee is defined in each RPD. To open a RPD you must be a user administrator defined in this RPD. Online access may be restricted if you block your BI servers on port 9703 connections so that they can come to a local connection or IP addresses defined. You will need if a firewall for that. Offline access cannot be restricted. If I have a RPD locally and I have an admin account I can open it anywhere I want.

  3. the customer alone is fine. You simply install the client tools on each developer's computer.

  I changed my computer and I'm trying to resinstall software to print on my new computer. Trying to run setup.exe from the CD, I get the error "is not accessible by the system. I get the same error when I download the software on the HP site

  It seems that your administrator has some system defined policies to prevent users from installing programs.  You will need to contact your IT Department and ask for help.  They should be able to do that through assistance remotely.

  Storage of the SC series has the ability to create multiple virtual storage containers hierarchical system (clusters of disks) - each pool is evaluated separately from all others. People do this for many reasons, they want to perform billing, or disks encrypted and unencrypted, projects etc. To get the best features the efficiency of storage in a SC would normally use a disk pool and all the resources of disk in it. Allows you to define policies (or use the default values) that will allow you to have the LUN to use different levels of disk for blocks based on age and other criteria (based on the storage policy).

  When you create a new disk pool and put only one type of disc in it - which has only one level. As you need different types of discs the labelling of the level automatically update to reflect this change.

  If you try to create a space that is archival and all LUNS must be compressed immediately, you just make sure you're on the latest version of the firmware SC.

  For your situation - read carefully the document next and then based on the option activate information if necessary.

• Help the clean installation of Windows 7 Pro and using the GPO to run automatic updates and restart all night

  I am trying to solve a problem that will probably require a new installation of Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. The grace period ends in 3 days, and the next 30 days are final exams at the College. I have 2 licenses (and product key) of Windows 7 Pro, but my drive HARD goes wrong and I don't want to use MAK activation. I will be eventually to replace the disk, but is now bad timing.

  If a reinstall is needed, I was going to ask if anyone knows how to set the strategy of perhaps a GPO where Windows is updated automatically in the background and after installing updates, 45 or 60 minutes, then restart. The goal would be to have a computer fully patched when I wake up in the morning.

  This is my plan:

  Install Windows 7 Pro SP1 64 bit > Windows automatically updated and plug the Ethernet cable > define a GPO where the computer waiting for 45 to 60 minutes after installation of updates (so the msi may end in the background, and I do not interrupt the installation) > the PC will restart > more update swill be downloaded and installed > wait due to the policy of GPO before reboot > Reboot > do it until it's over. > wake up with a PC fully patched 7-9 hours later.

  Is this a workable plan?, and if so, how do I define policies such as delay restarting, etc. to achieve?

  The reset did not work. It would be a simple solution. I have a valid license, but I don't want to replace the HARD drive until after final exams are over, so I'll reinstall and activate. I try to achieve in the next 24 hours, so it doesn't keep me from my school work.  I must also support and will then replace my files.

  What you do with your signatures that are false positives and fire? Do you use event action filters or you turn off the signature? In some cases, I can see where it would be good to disable this signature. As if you have a DNS box which is patched and are not sensitive to a feat to get noticed by IPS - given that your system is patched and no other boxes are sensitive to the exploit so it seems logical to disable the signature, Yes? But the event action filters set up for signatures as GIS-3030, which, in most cases, it does raise that when the source is outside your network. I want just to make sure Im on the right track. Anyone know of a good site that treats of best practice, administration and policies IPS?

  When I'm troubleshooting a new alert I can usually 'connect pair packages' if I can put more context autour the alert itself. Although they get correlated in MARCH I use CSM for tuning the sensors and signatures. I'll cross-launch to IDM to pull down of the packet capture, recording descriptive names a little in case I need to see again them later. I also use a large engine netflow (mazu networks) of reporting to see where the PC suspect that happened and then use the tools online as dnsstuff.com, spamhaus DROP lists, Dshield, to see if the IP address is on a block list. This tool (as well as Arbor Networks, Lancope, etc.) also make their own behavior analysis network non-based on signatures and sometimes (not always) something with correlate here also.

  After that I get enough information I try to deal with the actions on the sensor itself. Sometimes it takes to fall back on a rule of drop of MARCH, just to rule out false positives or handle specific cases, but I think that its best to maintain the alert occurs first place. Having too many filters gets ugly fast.

  You should also be left Cisco Intellishield's service; each sig IPS subscription gives you access to detailed information on the IPS sigs and vulnerabilities that have encouraged the GIS in the first place (for free). Excellent service. I was able to disable a bunch of sigs using it alone.

  I have a monitor main ISE node that the server certificate has expired.  I generated a new CSR and he pointed out that it has been created and can be found under the tab of certificate signing requests but it never showed up.  Tried to re - generating, but he now States that already exist.  Restarted the unit to see if that would solve the problem but the CSR doesn't show always.  For a test, I created another CSR using the ip address of the device as CN; and again, it was reported that she could be considered, but is not displayed on the tab of the CSR.  These are journal items when I created the initial CSR sees it when I tried to create a new one using the same CN. The ISE version is 1.1.3.124.  I could create CSR and update certificates on the nodes of the Administration and policies.

  It's been a while since I used this version of ISE, but I remember having similar problem. The only way I believe that told us to remove this was to recreate the picture on the box or get involved TAC where they can use a root access and remove the 'object' which is stuck in the database. A number of things, you can try this:

  1 generate the CSR using another application such as open ssl

  2. try upgrading to version 1.2 ISE and see if that clears the DB

• 401 error after you deploy for stand-alone WLS

  I use JDev 12.1.3 on Windows 7 Pro

  My app has been migrated to 10g, 11 g to 12 c. He had a guarantee of manufacture which has been replaced by ADF security.

  I have it on my integrated WLS but after deployment to standalone WLS I get 401 - error not allowed after connection through OAM.

  I checked the server logs and don't see any error. The sys admin looks at some other newspapers but nothing concrete yet.

  The app has 26 roles of the company and my login has 5 assigned roles. Some business roles have been defined as Active Directory groups. I tried to check if the roles are case sensitive, but who has not found in textbooks again. Ad groups do not match the case of the roles defined in jazn-"Data.xml".

  Any suggestions on what and where to look is greatly appreciated.

  One suggestion is to remove all business roles and try to make it work with a single role. I intend to try this.

  We found that the question. Business roles are case-sensitive. Windows administrator define groups of ads as of breaks. Jazn-"Data.xml", I made the business roles are all uppercase. Evolution of business roles jazn-data to match fixed the issue ad groups.

• Basic form to display data

  just start with Apex and I am trying to achieve something that I think should be easy; I see no issues on this subject anywhere!
  I use Apex 4.1 on Windows 7.
  I have created a form that is based on a query that should return data when it is supplied with a customer code.
  I added a TextBox on the form to contain the customer ID.
  I deleted all the CRUD buttons and added a submit button that submits the form.
  When I enter an ID and click on send, I get "no data found", but should be, so my form/process is clearly wrong; I expected the form to refresh the query and display the data
  I have also some regions report that I also want to update, based on the client ID, to create a dashboard for a user.
  Can someone point me in the right direction? It seems to me that Apex RAD is quite the RAD, I expected.

  Apex created the form as HTML text and nothing in the source of the region; I couldn't find the original request I got in anywhere.
  I changed it to an anonymous PL/SQL block without success.
  PL/SQL is less; : CM_NUMBER is the text box.

  I understand that I am probably be extremely thick here - apologies.

  I took that, it is difficult to debug your problem without going through the tables of data in support of the page:

  Here are the things that I do, and I did when possible on apex.oracle.com:

  • Remove the process called "a".
  • Make sure that the query runs in Developer SQL or SQL Plus and returns the data to the CM_NUMBER your entry
  • Define policies and regions takes forever to make sure that it is the PL/SQL region, the origin of the problem
  • Change the region to a html text box
  • Create a new after page header process containing the query
  • Make sure that all items have "used (s) Source: only when the current value in session state is zero.
  • Make sure to have all the elements ' Type of Source: static text.

  You will also notice, I added a new page called simple example emp which reproduces the feature you are trying to re-create using the emp and dept tables as well as the available data use.

• CS6 extended on W8 64bits, couldn't open file, file not found

  On 64 bit W8, disks are the C drive only.

  Getting started (Photoshop and Illustrator), I get the error: could not open file, file not found.

  I tried to open the 32-bit version and compatibility mode, run as administrator, defined the default settings, but nothing helped. It does not start.

  After Effects, Premier, and all other programs work perfectly well. Just Photoshop and Illustrator.

  Re-installed the whole 2 times reinstalled W8, even once installed, the problem remains.

  Found nothing about this in the Forum. It is NOT the problem with the "scratch" file locked It says "file not found".

  Somehow you don't have the necessary permissions to access the files on your own system.

  It is the working area of Photoshop that is questioned referred to me you need to check that you have the full control permissions for your TEMP area and all the files and subfolders located.

  Have you been through any sort of out-of-joint installation on your system?
