  problem with Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin.  MS Office 2013, Windows 7, Adobe Acrobat DC all installed on a new PC.  When I try to open Outlook, I get a message Outlook has stopped working and it does not open.  If I disable it opens Outlook "Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin" very well. I need this add-in for Word, etc, so I can't leave this option disabled.  How to make this work?  It's the same situation on the new 4 different computers with the same configuration.

  I tried to restore computer because of a corrupted installation and it deleted Adobe Acrobat, since the system restore did not work, I have reinstalled the operating system, corrected and then installed Adobe Acrobat Professional of XI, entered my license and it comes up with amounts excesses of this license. I would just get the license reactivated. Any help would be appreciated. I tried to call and Adobe is closed on weekends, cat I tried but nobody came online in some time so now, try the forums as they are 24/7.

  You need to talk to Adobe, not users on the forums, because only Adobe can reactivate something on their end.   I guess the numbers increase during the work week.

  I bought Adobe Acrobat XI Pro and downloaded it.  When the screen that allows to 'Launch the Application' came after that download was 100% complete, clicking this button did nothing.  So, I had the live chat support and discovered that I used my operating system MS Windows XP Pro Version 2002 Service Pack 2 and needed Service Pack 3.

  So, I went to the Microsoft site and downloaded and installed Service Pack 3.  No problem.  Computer rebooted and checked for proper use of this Service Pack.  Re-downloaded Acrobat.  100% complete, click 'Launch the Application' nothing.  The same problem.  Any help out there?

  I want to try Acrobat CD to see if it will generate PDFs from Word 2010 documents and preserve hyperlinks to bookmarks between documents correctly. I don't get work as I hope.

  I am running Windows 7 Enterprise. I have Adobe Acrobat installed DC (the trial version).

  I see the problem as shown in the following steps:

  1. Open Microsoft Word 2010
  2. Type a new text on the first page, but without adding a hyperlink yet.
  3. Save it as "origination.docx".
  4. Close this document.
  5. Open Microsoft Word 2010 again.
  6. Add text to the first page.
  7. Type CTRL + ENTER to insert a new page and on the second page, add text (it comes to check that the navigation between documents using hyperlinks on the bookmarks navigates to that favorite and is not just get stuck on the first page).
  8. Add a bookmark called "bookmark1.
  9. Save this document under "destination.docx".
  10. Close this document.
  11. Open the document "origination.docx".
  12. Insert a hyperlink to an existing document, and then select document "destination.docx". Click Favorites, and then select "bookmark1. Click ok:
  13. Save this document.
  14. Select Acrobat menu, then click on create a PDF file:
  15. Click the Options button and in the window, select Convert favorite Word, and then click Ok and click Ok again.
  16. This saves the pdf file and then open it in Acrobat.
  17. Then I see this:

  (OT: there is no way to download files other than videos and images; otherwise I had to provide the .docx files).

  The option that you chose "Create bookmarks" aims to create bookmarks in Acrobat, which is a completely different concept of Word bookmarks. Is it creates bookmarks? The option isn't about bookmarks to links, and it is not clear that it should work.  Acrobat and PDF has never supported links TO a bookmark in a PDF document, somehow. Bookmarks are a feature of navigation manual, not a destination.

  Open Acrobat Pro DC, go to the Help menu and repair the installation. In addition, cheque or updates under the Help menu, if necessary please install.

• Adobe Acrobat DC Pro Activation

  Whenever I try to open Adobe Acrobat DC of my office, he said that the request could not be completed.  Adobe Acrobat license has expired or has not been activated.  I just purchased the desktop version today and went through the installation process.  He tells me that I need to connect and activate the program if I put my password and click on accept the terms and agreements, and then nothing happens.  I went to Adobe online, to manually register the product, but that has not changed anything about this either on my end as far as being able to open the program.  I tried to reboot three times with nothing doesn't.

  The problem ended up being a problem of encryption.  I bought this for a work computer and our COMPUTER support had to disable our encryption software so that the program to install properly on my computer.  Now it works very well and I'm not having any problems with it.

  It is not possible to disable the license from one computer crashed or possible to check which serial number has been used on computer because they are encrypted.

  A retail license is good to be installed on 2 machines. I checked your account and found 4 different serial numbers of Acrobat registered for your account.

  It is always suggested to buy a volume license, if you have more than 2 machines instead of buy 4 different serial numbers.

  I checked all the serial numbers entered and you have sufficient activation count remaining to cover all your machines.

  Hi all

  I'm looking for help on this topic please, by which we have purchased Adobe Acrobat Professional licenses to install and use in some countries.

  We currently have with Adobe CLP agreement.

  We need to transfer some of the licenses currently, we take for a territory of another jurisdiction, due to the relocation of services in another country.

  I see that there is a possibility of transfer of ownership of the license to someone else, but there seems to be no information on how a company with several offices around the world and how can Adobe Acrobat Professional licenses sets properly as directed by Adobe licenses usage policy in approved areas.

  Please can someone help with this type of transfer and how do I start it.
