  You will have problems in the construction of a 99 X system for this budget. You need 32 GB of ram if you do that will be a large part of the cost with DDR4 right now. If you have a room on the X 99 budget would certainly be the way forward. The 5960 X is the best processor out right now but $1100 will probably push your budget. The 5930 K would still work and a much better price for your budget. I suggest: 970GTX with this budget as well. Forget the Xeon V3. They are out of your budget and not worth the price with this budget in mind. You can get a system much better with the I7 Haswell E chips.

  (The software stop working properly for a problem. Windows will close the program and notify if there is no solution.)

  Software in English, SO in Spanish.

  Not the extensions or plugins installed (I think because I think they are all in the previous version, not in this one)

  First new version works correctly

  70 GB of space in the SSD

  I'm pretty new to Adobe after effects CC 2015. I have a video that is about a minute, everything works as it should when I preview the it. But when I visited, with the right settings, the sound will not be rendered.

  So basically I can hear all the sONFERENCES when I saw it, but when I make it I cannot here any sound at all. I tried to get the sound on Auto and on. But nothing works.

  

  And Yes, some of the mp4 files I use for audio as well, but will not play the file audio mp3 or another. Some would like to help! I've had this problem for a few days now!

  Try a different browser and check your internet settings. This happens when some stuff is blocked / filtered on your end and so the authentication is lost.

  After Effects after several months, I now can't launch After Effects without this error: After Effects can't continue: error when access to the files instead of inside "/ users/dsvp/Library/Preferences/Adobe/After Effects / 13.8.  There is no subfolder this Library which is the first obvious sign of something not going.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice with the same error and lack of file structure.  I do not understand why a re - install does not create the files and folders needed.
