I bought a plan of Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Applications and after downloading Photoshop CC 2015 the program say trial expired? now he wants me to pay? I thought that I have access to all adobe software? So confused?

    You will need to uninstall and reinstall the application.

    If you want you can follow the procedure:

    1) click on the Finder and find the options listed next to the Apple icon located in the upper left corner of the Office to screen and click the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.

    (Applications > Utiliites)

    Look for a CC Adobe and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and trash both folders.


    2) trash Adobe Creative cloud of many Applications.

    3)

    (1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select the option "Go-ToFolder.

    (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (Don't miss ~ symbol)

    ~/Library

    (3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.

    Open the Adobe folder and trash folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

    4)

    (1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.

    (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.

You can create a package for the creative desktop cloud application through creative cloud package and installation with the Installer package.     Adobe desktop CC application runs after all and it is accessible via a black and white icon on the upper right corner of the screen next to the WiFi indicator and clock. Impossible to access otherwise, but it works very well, so everything is good.

    It was almost the answer - have talked just to support and they fixed

    Here's what we did:

    Complete all Adobe processes or restart your machine. (if you can't stop, then check that creative cloud is over. And if you don't finish the CIB broker, then it's not serious)

    Go to C: / / Program Files (X 86) /Common Files/Adobe/OOBE/Configs and delete the folder Configs.

    Now open Creative Cloud Desktop Application.

    This will fix the problem.

    4 - Click on the link below and download Creative Cloud Installer file and use them to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.
