[Adobe] Customer support dodging?
Adobe has overcharged me this month so I came to this page to try to get help:
When I got to the bottom of the issues, he said that my only option was to 'Chat' with them. That's all. No connection with the cat or whatever it is. The chat button didn't even have a link behind it. How am I supposed to get help here?

I went around and around the Adobe customer support site, and it only allows me to post a request in the support group.
I downloaded a dmg of CS3. I have my license loan number.
I try to install it, and I get the error message:
Setup error
Setup has encountered an error and cannot continue. Contact Adobe customer service.
But I can't communicate with them. Adobe support is going in circles. Now what?
Maybe CS3 does not work on OSX Mavericks. It would help if they would just say.

I try to install the Toolbox pixelbender on a Mac pro running 10.5.6. I downloaded the dmg and tried to click on the "setup" icon and he informs me that I should call the adobe customer service.
Adobe support does not handle this issue.
Problem solved... Pixel bender toolkit will not be installed when logged in as long as user root for the Mac, I've been on. He would always stop part listening to configurations of installation of profile and give me the error. Simply connect as a normal administrator fixed this problem.

Recently, I was in contact with customers via online portals for updating my billing payment method. What is happening now is that Adobe took the money ($449.99) of my new card, cancelled my subscription and denies that there is no record of this transaction. I contacted customer support several times and asked me to wait a few days to review it and never come back to me. I remember for a long time, adobe had at least a little bit of customer support, but now it hasn't. No cat, no no email no nothing. I know that it is an Indian company now but it does not mean it should not be supported by the client.

cannot reactivate the CS2 after the hard disk crash - site says I need to talk with adobe (activation can be done online) but the customer support page loop all around - help/activate (since the opening page of CS2) also not going anywhere... it is a pc - thank you!
