CC desktop application will not let me sign today

When I enter username and password and press "enter", it says "disconnected". Can I sign up my account on the site, but not the application.

    Today, my CC has suddenly decided that I had to sign for a new installation CC or start a 30 day trial.  I updated and rebooted and still it will NOT LET ME SIGN IN.  I stayed in this during more than an hour and am so frustrated I tried to activate the free trial version, but it won't let me do no more.  I'll have to contact the forum because by clicking "chat" on Customer Service Adobe has no connection, so it's not useful.  $50 a month you'd think I'd be able to get some help signing in. Can someone help me with this problem?

    I have a MacBook Pro OSX v10.8.5 and bought PS via the CC with an annual membership. I can't CC installed on my computer! Here's what happens:

    1. I click the install CC on desktop

    2. a text box appears saying "CC Installer wants to make changes. Type your password to allow this. "I don't do that.

    3 initialization Installer, load quickly, and then disappears.

    4. then a white rectangle with a verticle black bar on top (home/apps/file / behance) appears and a loading circle turns.

    5. This loading circle will turn forever and nothing happens. Ive tried to restart the computer, uninstall and reinstall the installation program and updated my software of comps.

    What can I do?

    Jubarudi please try the solution 2 in desktop applications lists CC as "up to date" when the no facility not - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html.  Delete the OPM.db file must solve the challenges you currently face.

    Office CC asked to update. The update failed and caused the app to stop on Surface 2 with windows 8.1. Remove and reinstall fails to restore the desktop application. The installation fails with the progress bar about half full. No error code no installation just leave with windows error message. Any suggestions?

    I decided to try to remove all the applications of CC but this also.failed of operation due to the absence of application manager. I couldn't get install so I finally found the cc cleaner tool and he had everything remove.

    CC Cleaner and a passage in regedit, get rid of superfluous things got the system in a position where it would have actually install the desktop application.

    Bottom line of all this is that CC is essentially a rather unstable system. It's obvious from the many messages of the forum. In addition, the chat feature live does not provide support that nobody is there to answer the Bell.

    I had no luck with above mentioned. I was able to chat with Adobe and the remotely installed an update to Applications Manager and that solved the problem. I strongly recommend to update your App manager and chatting with Adobe. They have been great.

    When we try to connect to our users on our new PC accounts, told us our password is incorrect and if we go to account.live to reset (password).  We tried half a dozen times without success.  I can sign into my hotmail, but not my PC.  Looks like a lot of people have had this problem and we have tried everything we can find, but nothing works.  We can't even get help from microsoft.  does anyone have a solution we are missing?

    I'm Donna G, and I can tell you several things that could be the problem.

    1 Microsoft 8 is a windows I found is very picky and in my opinion, he is jealous of the love of other programs around it, like Explorer 8 because he got more attention and acted up like a small child. Perhaps, if you name your computer while I'm telling you, I named my 1st computer George and used more.

    After migrating to a new computer (Mac Book Pro running OS 10.9.4) I can't run any of my creative cloud apps. When I try to start, I get a prompt to download and reinstall the Application Manager. After installation, the creative cloud dropdown tray is completely empty without list of applications or him sign-in fields, and I get the same prompt when you try to start an application.

    I tried reinstalling several times, so to delete the opm.db file but still no luck.

    Windows 8.1. I could download the ambient light, but the site creative Web, when I click on download, nothing happens.  I was able to get off the .exe to load the file for the creative clouds...
