  as strange as it may seem I'm afraid it is a challenge for Creative tool Adobe cleaning of cloud.

  Sometimes - for some reason-CC "unwilling" work. In this case you should CC completely remove and reinstall by using Adobe Creative cloud cleaning tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

  I still use google chrome with my Windows Vista PC. Usually plugin chrome automatically updates the latest version of adobe flash player. Sites, I will say that I have to update and head for the download of adobe. I deselect Mccaffee and then try to download. I have to Save it and then click on run, etc., but the installation stops with a message that "Adobe Download Manager has stopped working" and then another message "I want to report to Microsoft", etc..

  I was downloading the adobe photoshop and for some reason any download hooked, so I closed my IE and started to run the program again, but I cannot uninstall the partially downloaded file "adobe photoshop" to my desk top. I tried to remove ADOBE DOWNLOAD MANAGER, and even if IE is not lit, he invites me to close IE before uninstalling. and curiously adobe photoshop which shows on my office isn't on my list of installed programs.

  A little help please.

  I bought PSE14 and Prime Minister through Adobe download. I downloaded both, hit the. EXE file and everything seemed fine. However, no program will accept the license key (says it is not valid). I contacted the support PSE & they couldn't get it to work either. After a few days, had received an e-mail saying: license keys should now work and to remove the programs, download and try again. Done as said, but the license keys still does not work. Contacted again support. This person asked I change the name of the file program to ".old" and repeat the download process. I couldn't change the name of the file, because my PC said it was currently in use (even after a reboot and the Task Manager showed nothing open). Support now gave me the task of change or rename a list of 15 program to ".old" files and start the download process again. I really need to go through all this to make a simple photo editing? Any help, suggestions or tips to simplify this process would be most appreciated.

  Yes, by 'remove programs' I used the program uninstaller. There was never any mention of "Adobe Cloud". Not even sure that it is. I ran uninstall again tonight and re-uploaded. Received the same message en PES. However, the PSE first accepted the product key and seems to work very well. Go figure.

• Why the process of "Adobe CEP Helper" use so much CPU?

  The last iteration of photoshop (and Dreamweaver also) has been a pain for me to use, finally I decided to reinstall my system (Windows 10 x 64, 32 GB of Ram, Nvidia GTX 970) but nothing helps.
  I experience sluggish performance and freezing randomly (and I say well random; it can be trying to resize an image or even to close a window).

  The system has been tested ok and worked very well with the CC 2014 version,

  The possible culprit (at least on the issue of the sluggishnes) might be the process named "Adobe CEP Helper" I noticed uses between 14 and 20% of my CPU.

  [I read a lot of suggestions on how to disable the HTML engine, but the gel is still running there barebone photoshop without plugins]

  Also - but perhaps irrelevant with (and I include this if it is possible that the problem might be how Adobe affects network) - is that I noticed that my web performance dropped drastically after the installation of cc 2015; not download/load performance but the time it takes for my browsers access the pages.

  I'd appreciate any comment except that "the majority of users is very good".

  This is a bug in Photoshop and is planned to be fixed. Engine CEPHTML is associated with libraries. Have you tried to close the library panel and process in the Task Manager ending all CEPHTMLEngine.exe? There will probably be three or four of them.
