You can close all running from adobe (windows) Task Manager process / activity monitor (MAC).
Then restart your computer and try to reinstall it.
Close the following processes: -.

- Adobe Installer.exe
- AdobeUpdateService.exe
- AdobeServiceInstaller.exe

Caps folder contains the database as Cache.db, media, db, pdb.db file that contains information about the installation of applications on the system and other essential data, in some cases if the files are corrupt, it is essential to remove the record of caps.
Once you remove the record of caps, CC app will list Apps with button install because there is no information concerning the installation of the CC apps because the Media.db file will be deleted with it.
In this case, it is preferable that you uninstall applications that is not listed as up to Date and being listed with button install, even if it is already installed.

When I tried to install creative cloud, I got an error 207, so I used the Offline Installer instead. Now when I try to download an app, I just get a 'impossible to arrive on the Adobe servers' error.
I am running Windows 8.1. I can provide download logs if needed. Is it possible that I can solve this problem?

I am a student and I have a free subscription to adobe (who, when I go into my membership, says I have free membership of Creative Cloud) again, when I try and download the Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, it gives me an error message that my trial has expired and then heading to an error 'No subscription found' when I type in my ID. My other updates for the applications worked and they open yet Photoshop is not.

Free trials of Adobe are for 30 days by app and it's clean and not mail electronic id specific, which means that if anyone with any email used Photoshop test on your machine, then it won't work not it will show you that the trial is expired.

Using my current ID and password I can connect to Adobe. When I try to download the upgrade to Flash Player they ask for my ID and password. When I insert my current ID and password, it is rejected. How can I fix this problem? Is it a bad sign in a former ID, and/or an old password associated with Flash Player?
The password is provided by the operating system and is designed to protect you from accidentally install software. You will get this prompt for any installation outside the context of the App Store.
If you do not need to enter a user name or password when you start your computer, you can probably just leave the password field empty when recognizing this prompt.

When I try to download an app I get 503: Service unavailable
Does anyone else know issues with the App store? I can't download anything on my iPhone or iPad.
