A message from Lifehacker who has received an E-mail saying that those who have expired CC trials with have another 30 days because Adobe is reset the trial. I went to update my software expired, and it has not worked. Is it a hoax? According to Lifehacker, Adobe currently sends emails to warn users that they are resetting everyone creative Cloud 30 day free trial. If you have not given the new versions of the software a chance and you're not one of those who is dead set against it, is now a good time to see if what you're missing is worth jumping into the subscription model.
Now that we have is this email linked to by Lifehacker, so we don't know still not affecting all the info or when exactly you can update CC and get another 30 days, but it doesn't seem to be legitimate as it comes directly from Adobe's Web site.
Oh, and if you like what you're trying to get out, to take into account this Photography Photoshop from Adobe program - you know, this package where you get 5 Lightroom, Photoshop CC and several other goodies for only $10 / month if you sign up for a year - is still alive and well for users Americans regardless of the previous product property

I have photoshop CS4. It gave me a serial number to activate a new computer. I was told that the account has been disabled before but it has never been. The number gave me blocks the application whenever I try to open. I've been waiting for Friday and all day today on the Adobe help. I need my CS4 deactivted from a spescific computer so I can reinstall
From your description, that you don't know do you have actually the license... seems someone gave it to you. You might have a hard time selling Support from Adobe. Licenses must be officially transferred through Adobe.
In all cases, you will need to communicate with them through chat and ask them to reset your activations. Ask any more than that or they will send you back here where no one can help you.

Re-download programs Adobe After reset PC
Hey guys, I downloaded adobe master suite of college but my pc got unwanted programs and I need to reset. By doing this I will be remove my adobe programs and I no longer go to College that allowed me to recover my programs, does anyone know if adobe can help with this sort of thing for example download the adobe programs?

Just got an email from Adobe to reset the password that I didn't ask for reset.
Just got an email from Adobe, it asked me to click on the link to reset the password, but I've never asked to reset my password, which is strange? This email is from Adobe.
In any case, I changed my password just in case.
Oh, just to confirm it is used as a reminder to change my password once a while.

How to contact local support to reset licenses
Hello.
About a month and a half ago my laptop has had a serious hardware failure and could not be retrieved. So I bought a new laptop and cloned the old drive. Since Adobe Lightroom is complaining about the "serial number * is already in use by the maximum number of computers." You must disable another computer [etc.] ". I've seen so far, since I can't turn off the dead laptop, I need Adobe to reset the association between my license and my old laptop. We have to do it by contacting my local assistance (in Italy). It is only available through chat, but whenever I try to access the chat with my browser I see the message "The cat e al momento chiusa" (Chat is currently closed). Of course I don't mean days public holidays, but during normal office hours, and nothing changes.
Whas am supposed to do?
Needless to say, this is a very heavy approach for the management of licenses. The option reset all links between the licence and the computers should be doable online, without all this hassle.

IIRC licenses is a global problem, not limited to the regions. It has no Italian Adobe which is a completely separate entity from Adobe to the US or UK or France or anywhere else. Of course, there are different versions of the website, languages, local, regional versions of all the software and the support forums, but it's still all Adobe.

Cannot find my registered products under my Adobe ID
I have Photoshop CS6. When I try to open it on the computer it me hassle on the part 'trial' lacking even if it is a complete product downloaded from a disc. I can't use it on my computer even after put it back, because it says I need to disable the program on other machines. It does not accept my serial number. (Moreover, the program has worked on this same computer before starting to give me problems with the license) I system restored again and again and still no luck. I have no access to these mobile old people who Photoshop product because they are dead. I'm here Adobe ID, click on "Plans & Products", products go down, and he said "You have no registered product." When I type in the serial key it tells me that the serial key has already been registered, but that he was not even listed or recognized as such in the product category. I paid more than $200 for him years ago. Please don't tell me to download the adobe licensing repair tool, it did not help at all, as appropriate, I think it's worse. Uninstall/reinstall Adobe Acrobat 9 will affect already created PDFs?
I get a message that I have to uninstall and then reinstall Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro to solve a problem. Operating system. Windows 7. Problem on laptop only. No problem on the desktop. Error message states: "license for this product has stopped working. You cannot use this product at this time. You must repair the problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling this product or contact your COMPUTER administrator or Adobe customer support for assistance. (148: 3) "if I uninstall / reinstall will this affect PDF files already created in my Docs? Is there another way?
The process with does not affect the PDF files, but I'd be concerned about record and such. If you uninstall without disabling, you may lose the second option install and need to call Adobe to reset. I try a repair first and see if that helps. The repair can be done from the control panel > programs & preferences (since apparently you cannot open Acrobat).
If you do not uninstall, do the following before you reinstall: run http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html and remove any left over parts of the Acrobat folder. If Acrobat is part of an installation of CS, you may check here (CS forum) for the proper way to reinstall.
If you have an upgrade, so be sure to have the SN of the previous product available.

Have you signed (help > Sign Out) before you uninstalled?
You probably have to contact Adobe for resetting your account to activate.

Old laptop died in place of Photoshop on the new computer
My old laptop is eventually died, I have photoshop but its maybe 2 years (less than a year) but I don't want to buy or renew photoshop if I can still use my old one on a new laptop but I know that Adobe hates it when photoshop is downloaded on computers has more then a few. What version of PS do you have? If you have CS6, or earlier, you need to contact Adobe to reset your license. If you have CC, you just reinstall the application manager, and then install the PS.
