  Uninstall what you can the normal way via the Control Panel, and then use the CS cleanup tool.  Then try to reinstall. You might want to try an installation download rather than the disc if it continues to fail.

  I checked your account & I see that you have purchased the upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC November 2 & Acrobat Standard DC November 3.

  Update requires the previous version of Acrobat serial key to activate, but the second is a purchase of full application (Acrobat Standard DC), and so it should not ask the serial number recorded previous product.

  Make sure that you enter the series of Acrobat Standard DC key not key upgrade Acrobat Pro DC series.

Everything you need to, when asked, is to enter your QUALIFYING product - which is the final product for which you were licensed. That's why it offers a choice of Acrobat 9 or 10 of Acrobat. Choose the one that you have a license for and enter its serial number. Be sure to keep BOTH for always.
