Hello. I tried all the solutions on the adobe help pages and he always does'nt work. I don't know what I can do. I am despered please help. This is the error code after 2% of the installation:

Install before SP2 system update readiness tool - KB973540 failed code 80073712
I want to install Service Pack 2 and get the answer I need to install the update for Vista 32 system preparation tools before installing SP2.
When you perform on Vista 32 system update readiness tool - I get notice of low load failed with code KB973540 failing 80073712. This error code description say "ERROR SXS CORRUPT COMPONENT STORE - the component store is in an unstable state".
I used the article knowledge base Microsoft support using the method 1 and 2 to fix this, I always get failed code 80073712.
I closed all programs and I checked my list of blocked programs before trying to download, still no download and even failed code 80073712.
On method 3 is where I need to reinstall Vista. I'd rather not do this because of the penalty to restore all my files and programs. It would take me weeks restore all these files, I have 24 websites with different settings and many files on each. Is there an easier way to fix my problem of code failed or an easy way to restore my programs and files?

I'm trying to install the trial version of CS5.5 Master Collection and some products installed correctly (like Photoshop), but After Effects gives me an error.

CS5.5 master collection moved first or After Effects
Just upgraded to CS4 CS5.5 and installation errors on After effects and Premier. I'm on windows 7 64 bit pro service pack 1, Duel x 5650 xeons, 24 GB of memory, 250 GB ssd. Before installing CS5, I uninstalled cs4. After the first installation mistake I uninstalled cs5, ran the AdobeCreativeSuiteCleanerTool.exe and deleted all my program files adobe files and program files (x 86). I spent the last 4 hours looking for a solution, no luck yet though. I don't have any defined user account control. I think it's a problem of permission from police but do not know. I called adobe technical support, but not luck. Any help would be apprecieated. Here is the error code.

I installed the full version of After Effects, but as MPEG2 and DVD MPEG2 codecs are always miss
The title explains little. I installed Master Collection CS5.5 as a full version, but After Effects and Adobe Media Encoder are still missing to the protected content. I rebooted and updated and restarted again. I installed as a trial and then entered the serial number later, and I also tried to use the serial number during installation. It seems that no matter what combination I try, I can't get MPEG2 if poster in the list to export.
I just spoke with one of the software engineers, and he said that this could be the problem:
If an exporter plugin ever to load, then After Effects try to load it again. It is possible that MPEG-2 exporters could not load a moment and then marked in this way.
I recommend quiting After Effects, remove this entire directory and then restart After Effects:
/Users/ /Library/Preferences/Adobe/After effects/10.5 (No, this directory is not deleted during the uninstallation, unless explicitly say you to remove preferences, so it may have been left in your previous attempts to uninstall and reinstall.)

Hello team,
First and After Effects crashed.
I tried to uninstall the utility (Mac OS). Uninstalled is not for them (which has worked for other applications).
I used the cleaning tool. It seems to work, but the uninstaller for first and AE in the utility remained.
I deleted everything I found CC remaining manually.
I tried to install CC again and it fails. 201 error code, I followed the steps and it does not work.
I don't know what to do anymore.

I got the help of Adobe support, they sent me another link to download Adobe App Mgr It was apparently a network problem but, and it was resolved after a few re-tent.

After Effects 10.0.1 upgrade fails, error code: U44M2P7
So, after having to reinstall the adobe application manager. I finally got to install the new after effects update. However, the update fails and it gives me an error code: U44M2P7.
I ran the Support Advisor, and all he said was: ' Inspection found a problem but cannot determine the cause or corrective action. "
Does anyone have a solution for this? This update is supposed to fix the things that constantly made my accident to After Effects.

If you use After Effects CS5.5, the latest version is 10.5.1. See the next page. As this page says this update is not available through help > updates. This update fixes two bugs. It is not a critical update, unless you need it for these two bugs. None of them are accidents, so this will not help with accidents that you quote.
The reason why you got an error, is that you tried to install a (10.0.1) update for After Effects CS5, not After Effects CS5.5.

Today, trying to run after effects CC, I get the above error. -Helvetica Neue IS installed on my system.
When I click on OK in the first error dialog box, a second dialog box appears:
"Cannot load fonts required for the Interface of effects after. Please replace fonts or reinstall after effects. ' - then a third dialog box appears: ' after that effects can't continue: unexpected failure during the application startup "-where can I get this mystery police? Or if not, HOW can I "Reinstall After Effects?"

Failed to open after effects: error code 15
I searched the forums and it seems that only mac users have had this problem, I'm a windows 8 pro user and every time I want to open after effects cs6, it returns with a message saying:
Configuration error
Please uninstall and reinstall the product
If this problem persists please contct adobe technical support and quote the error code displayed at the bottom of the screen

I uninstalled and reinstalled th eproduct several times, I even run the cleaning of creative suite and reinstalled my OS twice.
It still does not work. Please I really could need help fast I need to use it for a school project and I tried for days.

After Effects: Lower failing Ram. Solution?
Hi, I was using After effects for about a year now but only recently encountered this error. In the last week or two each time I make one down my video Ram that he make no executives spent 482 (whenever I restart after effects that is different from the amount of about 478-510). For example: if my compostion was altogether 10 000 frames long, he would prepare only the first 482 of these frameworks for the bottom of the ram and even if there are only 900 images in the Composition he would prepare only about 482. I have accidentally changed to do? And is anyway I can get AE to prepare all the frames in the layout again? Thank you

You are just short of memory. RAM Preview uses Ram and when it fills all the frames, you can render. Try the preview resolution of 1/2 or ignore frames.
