  Hello!

  I have a question about the workflow of dynamic linking between Premiere Pro and After Effects. As common for most editing workflows, I started by import and organize my source footage. I then cut the entire project using the original footage. Now, as he comes to effects and final optimizations, I noticed that there are several items that I need to work in After Effects.

  I know (and use) the function 'Replace with After Effects Composition', but this only works for an item in the Assembly. I have dozens of clips from same source footage and would simply replace the master-clip with a composition. In this way, I can do the AE-job once that overall the clip and the whole project remains perfectly organized.

  As I read elsewhere, there is no characteristic that makes this replacement directly. Trying to "Replace Footage" with one generates an AE-project error. After Effects render and replace the images with the rendered results (as advised in a similar topic) is no option, given that I'd lose dynamic links in this way. My question is: Y at - it another way or the workaround to replace my source footage of the layer with an After Effects composition?

  What you can get in the way you want.  Your best option is to export a new clip of the AE and use it to a replace operation in the tray.

  In the future, as a Pseudo-solution you can put the 'AE' in their own, dedicated footage clips and change using these sequences, as if they were real clips.  This would allow you to keep the dynamic link in place.

  I also have adobe first 2014 CC and after effects CC 2014

  on versions of 2014 I can open a clip as a composition of sequels and it will work simultaneously in both programs

  However, I stopped using the 2014 version when I had a problem with flickering on render (another thread)

  IM happy with the other version (No-2014), but I don't seem to have the same option to replace the clip with a comp consequences in this version

  Ann is right in saying that Replace with Clip is not the same as the dynamic link. This option is Replace with After Effects Composition...

  Since no cutting is selected in the Project Bin, the Replace with Clip option is not highlighted. Select any item in the project Panel to enable the option.

  Replace with After Effects Composition is available in first Pro CC at the bottom of this Menu, which is in your screenshot.

  Maybe that's true and the cause of the problem with the dynamic binding, but this has nothing to do with the fact that AE is malfunctioning with the media when they are imported via media browser.  That has no relationship with Premiere Pro either.

• Blur of movement and interpolation of an After Effects composition

  At present, the only way I know to Adobe Media Encoder properly render Motion Blur and interpolation is to allow appropriate switches of the Panel comp in After Effects THEN send to the SOUL. It's not really easy to use, and I usually forget to turn them on.

  Are there opportunities you are finally implementing something like EI make Panel settings (where Motion Blur and interpolation are usually on by default)?

  Please file a feature request. We do not want to enable this feature in the future, but it requires a significant amount of work.

  The only effect applied to my clips is stabilizing warp. Hmm. I got around this by rendering that EI comps on clips and import back into Premiere Pro, but obviously this is not ideal.

  Most of the time that this happens when versions of Premiere Pro and After Effects corresponding bad (works of dynamic link between the same two versions of applications). Make sure that Premiere Pro and After Effects have the same versions, for example, first Pro CC 2014.2 (8.2) and after effects CC 2014.2 (13.2)

• PP CS6 AE CC 2014 (replace with After Effects Composition)?

  Hey guys, been a user of CS6 for a little while now and do not require the full subscription of CC but really like working with AE. So I subscribed for membership of the single App CC AE 2014. I launch PP CS6 chop a few clips and send them to AE via replace after effects composition, and in turn, this dialog box appears saying 'the importer reported a generic error' and them's the brakes. I uninstalled AE CS6 because when to replace a clip with an AE Comp AE CS6 launches. These two programs are not talking to each other? As paralyzed.

  Kristiaan3333 if there is damage in the application package, and then you want to remove and reinstall after effects CC.  You can find the details at CC help | Install, update, or uninstall applications.

  I worked my way if the Adobe Classroom In A Book for first Pro CS6 (for those who have the book I'm on p.308).

  The book simply describes the method of obtaining a video in After Effects by clicking on the clip on the timeline and selecting replace with option after effects Composition in the context menu.

  My problem is that this option is grayed out.

  Now I have Premier Pro and Adobe After Effects installed both of Adobes Creative cloud. I was worndering if the issue was that After Effects is the version of the CC and Premier Pro is the CS6 version. Not sure if this should create this type of problem though.

  I have a project file that will be published in first, with the titles + animations from After Effects.

  Now, title animations are not final yet, so I thought to dynamic linking.

  Now I import my compositions in the first sequels, all goes well, but when I would drag them into my sequence (they have the same framerate/size/etc).

  The first will. But when I try a second, the audio doesn't do... The video will simply not drag into it.

  Now the strangest part: When enabled alltogether and dragged in sequence, they all without problem. But even once, when you try to add a new, I can't, as the audio.

  No idea what I could do wrong here?

  I have draggend my .aep to "automate to sequence", dragged all my other files into it: and it works. I can still add new dynamic links if I want to.
