  Assuming you are using a 64-bit version of Windows.

  AE is a 32-bit application.

  In preferences, there is a setting for the memory and multiprocessor.

  Check that out and it will be wrong on the 32-bit limitation by launching several nodes rendering AE.

  However, this setting seems to come with its own problems of stability, in my case anyway.

  Sounds like the drive has failed.  You can try to clean with a CD/DVD audio standard disk cleanup, but if it fails, then the reader should probably be replaced.

  After effects shows that I have OpenGL 2.1.2. [See below the screenshot...]

  After Effects uses the functionality of OpenGL 2.0 and OpenGL 1.5. It uses all the features of OpenGL 3.0 or later version.

  On Windows, an application can tell a pilot what OpenGL version to use. After Effects creates just a context OpenGL 2. On Mac OS, this flexibility is not available.

• Smartphones from blackBerry Desktop Manager does not recognize that the "BOLD" is connected

  3. did you of recent changes on the computer or the printer?

  Well the MB chipset determines USB data. Try to go to the chipset mfg MB (intel, amd, etc.).

  Download the chipset for youre chipset installation utility, an updated version can run with 3.0

  There could be many reasons for this.

  Your video may not have audio: no sound at all, or the sound is embedded in the video track. AE needs a separate track.

  You can have the audio off: find a small speaker with the layer of the timeline icon and turn it on.

  You may have compressed audio - mp3, ac3, etc. - and AE is not fine with it.  Turn them into aiff or wav files.

  You didn't say where you notice this lack of audio: AE, or after.

  .. .Aaaaand it is difficult to know the location of this audio output box, you checked, because you did not do.
