After insight into the effects resolution

I do an animation in resolution 1920 x 1080. In the overview section I have the resolution set to quarter, but my computer is not so quick preview is really laggy when I am editing the fx. I noticed that there is a custom option, but I have no idea what to make of this. How can I change this to a very low resolution that will run more smooth on my pc.

  • Problem with the height/width automatic after you apply the effect

    Hey guys,.

I have a panel that automatically resizes after some other materials is added. All the time there are a scale effect. Whenever I move the mouse over one of these children they zoom in and there, the height and width of the parent container is resized automatically.

However, I have a button reduce to this one with a Resize effect. I can resize the full container to a size of reduction (for example 40 x 40), but when I resize returns with the same effect, the Panel doesn't do not automatically resizes with added children more.

I did not define special properties on the Board early, but a property must be different now. It is not "automatic" and the "percentageWidth/height" is not working correctly because this command will cause the Panel stretch the full scene. Any suggestions here?

    Hello

What effects is usually that they value explicit width and height of an element. This means that before you minimize the container, these values are not defined. When you reduce the container, the explicitWidth and explicitHeight are set. Normally, a provision or a container will size the component with setActualSize() or setLayoutBoundsSize(). It does not lock the component in an explicit state.

Sometiems after effect of that speech.

    myComponent.width = NaN;
    myComponent.height = NaN;

This will reset the explicit values Nan and force the component available to re-measure and setting page on based on her preferred sizes. In your case, before that happens the effect of reducing

  • Hide advanced action does not work after that triggered the effect

I have a pretty simple step action that does the following:

    Hide banner

Apply motion effect to 3 SmartShape from right to left

    Cache: SmartShape3

SmartShape 3 is essentially half a rectangle rounded, which acts as a banner with text. At the beginning of the slide, it is hidden and sitting almost out of the scene. When you click a button, it does the following:

    See the banner

    Show: SmartShape3

Applies the effect of movement from left to right to SmartShape

This gives the illusion that it slides in from the left. The reason why I had it sat a little on the scene at the beginning, is that the effect is slow, so this makes it speed up as it has less distance to travel.

The idea is the action above in blue is triggered and the banner slide from the left on the stage. Another button is pressed and the Red action is triggered sliding off the stage. But once the motion effect has been run, it does not seem to hide, leave the end of the rounded rectangle visible on the stage.

I tried to adjust the break lines in the buttons that trigger these actions further pushing them to the bottom of the timeline, but it has no effect. I actually expected to start the path and then hide the shape so fast, that you wouldn't see in fact a large part of the effect as when stocks advanced spear they are super fast.

Am I missing something or is this just a limitation with effects using advanced Actions?

You have a misunderstanding about the actions. All orders in a fast action are executed in sequence, but immediately. The effects also have a duration, you don't say how long you have applied.  Can you post a screenshot of the timeline? Have you checked the length of the path, is it enough? You do this using the same temporal effects. BTW, I often apply such an effect using micronavigation instead of applying it. In my last blog, you can see an example:

  • What is the effective resolution of the Council Usb6361 ADC

I used a USB-6361 with 16-bit ADC Board. I went to simulate an implementation of County ADC bit lower and I noticed that the data collected from the 6361 seem to be 16-bit resolution. Here is an example of a part of the waveform samples (of type Double), with 0-5V range:

    1.0727841521285737 V

    1.09002147857432474 V

    With a range of 5V and a 16-bit ADC, the bits of LS should quantize to 5V/2 ^ 16 = 5V/65536

    0.0000762939453125 V

None of these samples can be represented with 16-bit precision; There are fractions remaining bits.

    example: 1.09002147857432474/5V * 2 ^ 16 = 14287.12952396...

is it's 16 - bit quantum and the beach was unipolar 5V I expect an integer result.

Now, it's pretty easy to requantify 16-bit data solved, but what gives with the raw data from the USB-6361?

Why is it not 16-bit quantified for the beach?

The data do not seem to be 16-bit quantified for 0 - 10V or +/-10V or the other.

    Clues here?

Ben covered the series X bipolar ranges but there are other factors that lead to what you see:

X series applies calibration in the software and it affects the HW and the returned data. On the one hand, the X series exceeded 5%, details covered in the section HAVE tied Ben manual. Also, on the application of calibration of the USB-6361 actually uses a third order polynomial for scaling - the voltage at the scale that you read don't directly correspond to the widths of code. You can make an unadjusted DAQmx reading and get direct bit of CDA. You can get the coefficients of scaling with the Coefficients of the scale property to HAVE device. If all goes well in looking at these, you can get what you need the device.

  • Black screen after logging into the domain account

OK, it's making me nutty and I don't know what to do.

Configuration: SB Server 2008 running domain controller.  4 client machines connected, 2 XP, 2 running Vista Ultimate SP1.  XP machines work fine (of course).  Vista machines are in the tank.
Two Vista machines are about 2 weeks with the only changes to the installation of the factory Office, Norton 360 and printer drivers.  Both machines exhibit the same symptoms at the same time:
    (1) after the restart, each machine running Vista for 10 minutes exactly, saying "Please wait...". "before the screen"press Control-Alt-Delete.  Safe Mode boot normally.  Examine the event log, I see entries on running a startup script of some kind that took 600 seconds (10 minutes).  This of course comes from the domain controller.  What is this and how do I get rid of him?
    (2) after finally journaling, tries to connect the domain account ("domain\username") result in a "Welcome" screen... ', followed by a black screen with a mouse cursor which is mobile.  It is a permanent condition.  I let the machine sit overnight and nothing changes.  I get an occasional popup on the black screen of Norton saying it runs background tasks and that's all, so I know the machines are running.  Pressing Ctrl-alt-delete is * not * bring up the Security screen.  It doesn't do anything.
Note that connect to a * local * account ("machinename\name") works very well.  I have a desktop, icons, everything.  I even connected locally and made a "change user" to a domain account, and now the machine is stuck again to a black screen with mobile mouse.
Both machines have worked very well for two weeks.  When I reboot safe mode and remove the computer domain, everything works well, probably because I'm just connect to a local account again.
I did * no. * change to group policy.  The server works with all settings by default wrt updates, etc.  I did not have any mods system to customers other than to join them to the domain.
I searched online, and I see other people have this problem, but I can't find a definitive solution.  I tried to restart by using the last known good configuration, but I think that the system is of the opinion that the last logon was successful, which is not good.  To return to the last restore Point is not good.  Both machines has stagnated at the same time, which implies a problem across the field.
Please don't tell me that I have to spend $200 and one day online with technical support to get an answer to this.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

  • Insight into the suddenly crazy browser size

Is it possible to revert to the previous version of Muse? Boy, I feel like a sucker for update!

Since the update, when I try to preview my site in the browser it will not display correctly. It blows up huge - way more that I want, or I would fix the dimensions! And the content sits smash on the side, even if I set to centered. It is not correlated with any breakpoint, that I have set myself. It's just a waste. He started all of a sudden this without having done me anything to change. An overview, it displays very well. I changed a few sizes of police on the body of the text, he went crazy, and I can't go back. It's so frustrating! I don't have days to spend to deal with this mess of what appears to be a bug that you introduced.

Is it okay if you click the Preview button in the upper left in Muse, rather than using Preview in the browser? If so, press Command/Ctrl + 0 (zero), to restore the scaling in your browser 100%.

  • Difficulty of the game resolution when its so big to fit on the screen

Original title: How can I fix the game resolution when its so big, it adapts to the screen?
While trying to play games in Windows 8 the resolution of the screen becomes very intense and can see about a quarter of the game screen.  It is not all games, but how do I fix?  I can't even go into the screen resolution options to change because the options option is not visible.  Help, please!

This problem could be related to my other post "Windows 8 read don't no the desktop correctly resolution".

Yes, I'm having a similar problem, but none of my friends are Big Fish games, even if many are games of GOG.  I don't have either all object games hidden...  Some I can fix in...

    1. right click on the game icon
    2. by clicking on the compatibility problems
    3. by clicking on solve program
    4. by clicking on "the program opens, but does not display correctly."
    5. by clicking on "program does not display correctly when selected, the parameters of large-scale police.»

After that it will tell you to test the program... which works usually then.  Unless for some reason, the game remains glitch, same subsequently (e.g. main menu screens do not disappear after you've started a game is something I met.)  The only other issue I have is when the game has a launcher.  As "Magic: The Gathering tactics" or "League of Legends", making it impossible to play these games at all.

  • Effective resolution

When I click on an image embedded in a file of the Illustrator customer, the effective resolution is 269 x 34 ppi. I need about 300 dpi for good print quality. I don't understand how a picture can have this high and low ppi together. What number should I pay attention to for a print quality? The ppi 269 or ppi 34?

Thanks for any help you can give explaining me this.

When I click on an image embedded in a file of the Illustrator customer, the effective resolution is 269 x 34 ppi.

When you say 'a file of the customer', that means is a file that you have prepared for the client, or it is a file that you received from the customer?

Where do you read the PPI values?

Readings of PPI to the Illustrator screwed in place will show different PPI on an embedded raster image after it was simply rotated. If the readings you see do not necessarily indicate that the image was stopped disproportionately. You can see this by performing a simple exercise:

    1. the rectangle tool: click (don't drag). In the dialog box, enter 2 inches wide, 1 inch in height.

    2 object > rasterize. 300 DPI.

3 range of information document: activate the selection only options and Embedded Images. Note that it says "resolution: 300 x 300 pixels per inch.".

    4. double-click on the rotation tool. Enter at 90 °. Click OK.

5 look at the palette of information Document. It now reads "resolution: 600 x 150 pixels per inch.".

Illustrator can be, of course, resample the rasterized images. That's what happens whenever you select object > rasterize or object > flatten transparency and the current selection involves raster images. People inadvertently resample the rasterized images all the time in this program.

Images raster on a page are not necessarily need to be the same resolution. Examples: You don't have higher a PPI to a rasterized shadow as you would for a detailed photo. You usually have a higher PPI for line art or text pixelated image of 1 bit. matrix very low resolution of 1 bit images are often used for texture effects.

The belief that "everything in print must be 300 PPI" is a myth. It is a corruption of extension of the rule of secular thumb on the scale of raster images in order to achieve a PPI which is between - 1 and 2 - times the line screen of frame (e.g.: 150 to 300 PPI, assuming a decision with mixed results of 150 LPI.) PPI less 1 x LPI risks visible pixelation. A PPI more 2 x LPI is just wasted data which will be interpolated away. The expression of the rule of thumb as a rank, rather than a single fixed value, must accommodate a little bit of scaling on the page in both directions (and there is nothing really wrong, either).

  • Display settings for effective resolution and INDD

    Hi guys,.

I recently have been doing some memory problems and questions-exporter etc and wanted to know if my effective resolution is well above 300 who asks the questions.

    now...

INDD shows typical display @ 72 dpi OK?

It would be an image with 300 real and say 1500 effective (20% of original size) tries to display on typical to 360pp

    (1500/300) x 72 = 360 (the image is 5 x less that 100% resolution is so the preview 5 x 72 dpi - 360ppi?)

She's redimmensionnement down then by the conversion of an extract of 72 DPI or is what makes the image 72 dpi @100 % and then reduce this x 5 to get a glimpse?

because the images with a high-power much clearer than images with 300 effective overview

and with more than 140 images in my catalog, this additional treatment would be the cause of my mistakes on export and just chuggy Preview in typical fashion?

    to simplify a little

    That's how work the previews?

    300 and 1500 @ high quality
    72 and 360 @ typical display

    or is it like this

    300 and 1500 @ high quality
    72 @ typical display

the numbers "BOLD" is the resolution that indesign will display

Where can I turn off resample in indesign to test this point?

or do you mean the resampling when I scale down the image in photoshop?

and the general consensus that placing images and their downward revision, is only a bad design practice?

all images must be placed as close to the possible final output size?

Resampling is set in Photoshop. ID scales only, that's why you see the actual resolution.

In photoshop, you can use the same pixels to create a really big image (physical dimensions) at 72 DPI or a smaller physical size at a higher resolution. If you record at 72 dpi, the bishoprics of preview ID is essentially the same size as the image itself, while if you save at 1200 dpi preview will be greatly sous-échantillonnées (and it will look like in typical preview mode to identity card).

With respect to the scaling in ID, my feelings are that the scale is OK when the result will take you to the beach target for your desired effective resolution (i.e. it is not a big problem, enlarge a 1200 dpi image to get an effective resolution of 300 ppi or reduce an image of 100 ppi for 300 effective ppi) Although a lot of people will tell you it's better to do the scaling in Photoshop (and I'm usually in this camp for high-end work) to be able to fix the sharpening, etc.. Ideally, your images will be on your page inside more or less 10% of the target effective ppi, but it would be better to be a little down to cadence in Photoshop. Downsampling in Photoshop or ID to output will result in still a certain lack of details and if the effective resolution is too high you will be downsampling output, thus, nothing is taken for granted by usingf images that are too large, and your performance will suffer.

If your desired resolution is 300 ppi and your effective resolution is 4500 PPI, you should really be resizing in Photoshop.

  • Low volume after installing several different drivers. Can not find the original driver to reverse the effects

Hello. First of all, thank you for taking the time to read this message. I'll try and add all the valuable information that I can. However, if you would like more information to help solve the problem, please let me know. So a few weeks ago, I noticed that my audio was very distorted (as you know that your laptop does when you work it, the sound the sound). I downloaded the driver HD audio Realtek, made sure it was updated to help with the distortion. Well, then the volume become too low. I continued install audio drivers Realtek HP, remove all devices from realtek (under sound, video, game in Device Manager controller), passing through updates on internet, etc., but nothing works. In addition, I have gone from reading devices (under the volume in the taskbar icon), by selecting My speakers, go to the properties and selecting improvements and selecting "Loudness Equalizer." So far, which helped a bit. My volume is now 100% and it looks like he did when he was 20% (when there is no problems).

Unfortunately, I do not know how long this problem has persisted, and I don't think that there is a restore point before that time to try to reverse the effects. Is it possible that I can find the original driver delivered with this laptop? Currently, I went to Device Manager > Sound, Video, game controller, Realtek HD Audio, update > Browse > let me pick > choose the driver earlier.

  • After the issue of the effects of rendering

Hi, I'm having a problem with After effects CS6, I know that the latest version of the effects of the Afer's CC but I don't like CC and I've never had a problem like this before, I don't know the fact that I don't have CC doesn't make much difference, I do a montage of Call of Duty all clips in .wmv, 59,94 frames per second and 1280 x 720 pixels. I did to halfway through editing without any problems until it's come. When I RAM Preview before the come of problem along it would make on the entire video with music and effects. Then I added the following to change clip and once I had finished with this clip, the full video was 48 seconds (still not finished with this) and when I did a preview ram to see the first 3 clips together, the ram preview only render out at the end of the second clip in 22 seconds and kept on playing only 22 seconds start over. I looked at all that basically, I tried to restart my computer, I also edit > purge > all memory and much more, nothing works. I'm running on a system Windows 7 64 bit with 8 GB of ram, my processor is an Intel Core i5-3330 @ 3 .00GHz. Please try and help me with this, thanks.

RAM previews using your system's memory and you have only so much of it before run out you. More images, the memory usage more. More high resolution (preview), memory use more. And so on... It looks like you simply preview resolution reduced when it seemed to work and now switched to highest. Cannot defeat the calculation of the computer... Spend your res 50% or even 25% to increase the duration of the preview...
