After paying the subscription, always the trial

Yesterday I received an annual subscription for Acrobat Reader DC Pro, but whenever I tried to turn it on, it says "trial has expired". Remove the old version, I reset my computer (Mac) about 4 times and nothing. So I canceled the subscription because I could not find any help, my annual subscription does not help, but this forum, but I see that I'm the first month already charged on my card.

So, if you're going to get paid anyway, can you at least help me to activate it? or could refund you my money please?
