After the creative cloud update trial version
Since almost a year, I have a subscription (photoshop/lightroom). Today, after an update, photoshop and lightroom have been changed in trial versions. Life chat is not available.

I am currently working on a project for a client when the trial ran out to the creative cloud, I went and updated the account to the account paying and now none of the applications starts. Get "Application has stopped working" for Application Manager, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Fireworks, Dreamweaver... (you get it..). My system is running the preview of windows 8, but all applications functioned until I started to pay for the Service. I tried to uninstall it but the error unistaller. I tried the Adobe cleaner but seems to do nothing. I ran as admin and win7 compatibility Windows XP, applications and everything else I can think.
I need quick help... Now that I'm paying for him nothing works... :-(
We must keep in mind that Windows 8 is still pre-release, so unexpected behavior is likely, but you said that these applications have been use to work fine intiallly, so something has changed on the machine and the new update to Win 8.
In addition, please try the suggestions below: -.
1) check in the new user account
(2) uninstall the software, run the cleanup tool and reinstall them.

How do you know guys when creative cloud has been updated?
I'm a TI support the person in charge to keep the creative cloud to update in some laboratories, but I don't have a license for my machine. I thought download creative cloud Office would inform me the updates, but apparently it does if the product is installed (logic).
I have yet to find a compatible rss, update page, or twitter handle which only shows updates of creative cloud. What guys do you use?

Disabled after the Creative Cloud 2.3.0.151 update folder location
After an automatic update of the application of creative cloud to version 2.3.0.151 (screenshot) in the Version OS X Yosemite 10.10.5, the app could not get the previous location of the file folder. The location of this folder in my iMac isn't the default, it is in a different drive internally; and fonts can not sync too.
This problem happens before, and if your solution is to uninstall the application, delete the local folder and sync again, it will be a bad solution.
I hope to get a real solution from a serious company which develop mild.
If it's my mistake in something, let me see.

I just bought a download for Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 card, when I go to install it, I have the option to download, but it says that I do not require a serial number at this time. The only thing that downloads creative cloud with the trial versions of all your products and no way to download Lightroom 6. How can I get download it to my computer and find the serial number?

I bought Creative cloud about a month ago about and Lightroom and photoshop are always in mode 'test '.
As Adobe has - oddly and scandalously - en hotline not france and their forum are as obscure as the rest: I just help your gas!

Usually I take care of myself, I bought my anti-virus online and it has always been relatively easy but here: I'm hallucinating!
So, can someone point me to a solution? Is this a mistake on my part, or I'll ask my Bank to block these losers?

Please see Help below links: { make sure you use the same Adobe ID (email address) that you used to purchase the subscription }
Connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
Adobe Creative Cloud apps back in test mode after 2015 set CC to update
* NOTE: Make sure that your firewall of your computer or security software firewall does not block Adobe, if you are not sure of it can just disable the firewall for a while and then log off and log on creative application of cloud and check.
If it still gives you an error of the trial, then please refer to the troubleshooting listed below:
If you are using MAC:
1-force Quit the sub process in the same sequence as shown below from Activity Monitor: see, use the monitor activity on your Mac - Apple Support
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- Broker CIB Adobe
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
2 - right click on the Finder icon, then select the "Go - To" folder. You will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol")
~/Library (it will open the folder of the user's library.)
3. browse to the Application Support > Adobe > trash OOBE folder and folder AAM Updater
4 - CUT any installed security software with firewall system.
5 - go to: Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General > "allow applications downloaded on" change this anywhere (to make these changes click the padlock in the corner at the bottom left of this window and enter your computer password)
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud app is running *.
6 - restart the cloud creative app and connect
If you use the WINDOW:
1 complete the process / Task Manager tasks in the same order, as mentioned below the Manager tasks. See, Open the Task Manager
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- Broker CIB Adobe
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
2 - C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and two OOBE (App data & Program Data is hidden folder please see, Show files and folders hidden in Windows 7, 8.x, 10, or Vista) 3 - CUT any security software installed with firewall system, also if your having any browser Add On installed for blocking advertising that turn off too.
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud app is running *.
4 - raise the cloud creative app and connect

Why the creative cloud update fails to install?
I can't use my creative cloud because he keeps trying to install an update, and fails. How to solve this?
To resolve this problem each time a new version (Windows 7 64-bit) is released is as follows:

HI, I'm getting an error code 604 when I try to import images, it comes up with the following message, some import operations were not made, the following files were not imported because they could be read... items 1-100 etc.
I import the raw files from my card, it's no different than when I imported on the free trial version, but now I've updated it wont let me import, everything else seems to work very well with the catalogue, export etc. Please help me as soon as possible, if someone had this problem?
Hi thank you 99jon, you're perfectly right, it's to do with permissions and thanks for putting me on the right track to fix, the destination had for some strange reason changed during the upgrade, so raw files went to a file on the hard drive which has permissions rather than the images where he used to go (until the upgrade). If anyone has this error code 604, please look to see where the images are current, is not always easy to say right away, I saw he entered the hard drive and initially assumed that it would go into pictures where it is before the upgrade, it would be useful that adobe has this error code with an explanation of what this means on their list of troubleshooting , but could not find any information anywhere. It caused me a lot of delays with hundreds of images that I work on different maturities, but thank God its fixed, very happy

Creative cloud Updater does not open
The Creative cloud update presents 3 new updates (in the OS X toolbar), but when I click it, the popup window opens and the wheel of progress will run until the end of time, if I click there to close. The creative application of the Cloud itself is displayed as disabled, but if I click on it, the same popup appears with the same behavior. Option to open as window opens a window. Also, I can't leave, that is nothing I do has no effect on one of these 2 apps.
It's relatively new behavior, i.e. Since the last update to creative cloud. I did not bring any changes to the system (OS X 10.10.4) so I guess there is a problem with the latest version of creative cloud.
So much for the update controls were not to build in the applications themselves, so that I could run Photoshop, for example, and check the updates from there instead of being dependent on these programs of buggie (why do we need these two anyway?).

I bought Photoshop CC 2015 creative thinking Cloud before running the trial version of my computer. After you have installed the creative cloud, the box with the number of days remaining still apears. How can I proceed?
